Their deli is great- cheap sandwiches that are made on the spot, in front of your eyes, in a hygienic work area. The signage is in green paint against cream background, and there's no freestanding sign or signature red color, so if you're looking for that it's easy to miss. The parking lot is small and features angle parking that favors turning from Germantown pike instead of Joshua Road. If you turn from Joshua go around behind the buildings snd loop, otherwise you're angled wrong. People also seem to frequently parallel park on Germantown Pike's shoulder. The store itself is a little cluttered. A little dingy. It's not big. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. So if you need a rest stop, go to another place. I picked up a large fountain drink and some pretzels. Staff were fine, nothing exceptional or horrid. Mostly because of the tricky parking and lack of public bathrooms I'll likely stop at another place. Even in the slightly larger NoLibs location, past Foodery locations have boldly crammed specialty groceries, a deli counter, and fridges stocked with ALL THE BEERS into some seriously crammed situations. But that isn't a problem in this one which is by far the largest I've seen (without setting foot in the Phoenixville one yet). Because of that everything is placed in areas that make sense while also tossing in things like a section for large bottles, ALL THE SNACKS, and an impressive growler fill station. My favorite sandwich is definitely the Diablo with its buffalo chicken, pepper jack cheese, avocado, and chipotle mayo that delivers a spicy kick that doesn't border on overkill. But I've also enjoyed the Hot Toastee with its tavern ham, swiss cheese, honey mustard, apple, and pecans on a toasted sourdough. BUT if you're going to lock serums and deodorant away, you have to have staff available to respond when customers request to see the items. Having to press the call button more than 4 times (minutes apart) is unacceptable. This has happened more than once. Is it understaffing? Is it that they just don't want to service me and I should take the hint? (They also don't carry shower caps.)
