My only other real complaints would be that there are times when one of the coffee flavors I want are out of order and it is very rare that an employee will greet me on the overhead speaker when I'm outside and choose to pay inside. Management is nice and a couple of the employees are really nice and talkative.

Car wash bays work half the time, no soap in sprayer, drive thru wash is always broken, garbage everywhere, asphalt crumbling and falling apart with trash stuck in all the cracks, weeds and grass growing thru just turning what could be an amazing thriving business into a dump. I went inside for help with wash bays after another gentle man did before me and two guys just sitting on chairs behind the counter doing nothing. Inside shelves and coolers are half vacant and mostly trying to sell hookah's pipes all over. Could be because its fairly new or at least seems pretty new. Fan because of the following: -Fountain drink option -They carry the extra crispy Kit-Kat -Unsweetened ice tea -Garlic Meat sticks (the kind I love from WI) -Friendly check out staff -Clean I wish they carried the small Perrier, San Pellegrino or Mendota single bottles. I have only found them a few places. Mainly in IL. There is a little seating area for their deli to go foods which must be the "express" part. They had a lot of variety and things to choose from. I really like that in a convenient store.

I had a pretty bad experience at this Holiday location on 12/11/2021 around 3:30pm-4pm…read more The older female employee working is so incredibly rude. I heard her snapping at a customer ahead of me in line. When it was my turn to be helped, she asked "what do you want?" as if I was bothering her. All I bought was a couple bags of chips and a car wash. She abrasively asked if I needed fuel or got fuel I need to pay for. I told her I already took care of it at the pump. I then asked her if the air pump was working, and if she needed to turn on the machine. She treated me like I was an idiot saying "We don't turn on the machine" so I asked if there was a button, or just to pump the hose? She said "WE ARE A PRIVATELY OWNED FRANCHISE, WE DON'T GIVE OUR FREE AIR YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT". FFS all you had to say was that it cost money and it will turn on the machine. I didn't appreciate how she acted. I also did not get any air, they wanted $2.00 for 5 mins to use the machine. That's outrageous. She did not say have a nice day or anything as I left, of course. I went into the car wash, and the door opened. Their car wash is the type that you have to align your car just right into the conveyor belt. I waited for someone to come out to guide me, since every car wash I've gone to with this car wash equipment has an attendant to help you. I waited about 5 mins and called the store to ask if someone was coming out. The same lady answered and said I had to do it myself as there's no one coming out to help me. So I tried to align my car into the slot on the belt, and I couldn't figure it out. I drove over the bars and damaged the front end of my car trying to get back out to try again. Someone that was behind me had to come out to help guide me so I could get through. I just feel this place should have had a sign out stating there was no attendant. I understand everyone is understaffed right now. But please put out a warning for people or close the car wash to prevent people from damaging their vehicles or your equipment with the risk of not having anyone to assist. I will never visit this location again.
