I really wouldn't care much about that but I needed something and three workers saw me looking up and down the aisles but continued their own conversations and walked past. It was so evident I needed assistance and equally evident that they weren't engaged with me so it frankly felt awkward for me to interrupt them. Old decor is one thing, disengaged service is altogether different. By contrast, Rite Aid across the street was opposite in every way. It made me wonder why I haven't gone there in so long.

I pull up to the pick-up window , he sees me, and immediately grabs my prescription, i don't have to tell him my name first. Anne is also amazing & these two have always helped me with any medication issues I've had, from prior authorization, to calling the doctor if needed, to always finding a medication savings card when my insurance wouldn't cover something completely. They consistently exceed my expectations. The store staff are helpful as well, always kind & friendly. I've moved about 15 minutes away and I still make the drive to this location because of the customer experience. I can't recommend this store enough!

Photo gift tags on premium paper can no longer be picked up in store. We have to pay to have them shipped! Plus the quality isn't as good. (The card stock is cheaper and the color isn't as vivid.) I called Walgreens corporate and asked for someone to get back to me.....that was about two weeks ago. Like everything else nowadays, change isn't always a good thing and Customer service isn't what it used to be. Very very disappointing

They have it noted on my record, and there is a black label on receipts, however, REPEATEDLY, I get home and I cannot open the drug bottle! When I asked about this continued failure, the pharmacist just says, "It was a mistake." I am concerned that If they can't follow a simple directive, they will give me the wrong medication! Today, again, I drove all the way back to the pharmacy to get an EASY-OFF CAP !!! The tech who waited on me kept running his hands thru his somewhat DIRTY LONG HAIR, and not sanitizing his hands before waiting on me. My pharmacy is not open on weekends so after checking online I saw that giant eagle in North Canton was open. This was my first time at that store and the first time at the pharmacy. There were two signs above the counter ... one said for picking up orders, and one said for dropping off orders, I stood in front of the register just underneath the sign that said dropping off. And I waited and I waited and I waited. I could see five people working in this pharmacy. But not of one of them looked at me nor did they say they'd be with me shortly . I was just ignored. finally after they delivered prescriptions to eight or nine other people, the a kind lady who was next in line ask them if they were going to help me. The pharmacy employee said well, get over here. The pharmacy employee said well then get over here in a very condescending way. I said I'm sorry, but I was waiting to deliver a prescription. She said well there's only one line here I printed out that there was no sign for one line, but there was a sign for dropping off which is what I was waiting to do. I had a paper prescription which she took out of my hands and said, are you gonna wait I said yes I would . She said well it might be an hour or two so it'll be a long wait then she looked behind me and said next. I asked her if she wanted my insurance card and my drivers license she snapped at me and said so you're not in the system ? I said no I don't believe I am. Her response was a brisk well then your wsit is gonna be even longer. . I did get my prescription, and it was in much less than one hour, but the disrespect given to this customer is inexcusable. as I am currently looking for a new pharmacy that is open on Saturdays. Giant eagle on Maple Road will not be my choice.

I typically shop multiple times a week for groceries at the Giant Eagle, Washington Square. I…read moresometimes use the bathroom in the eating area. I have pointed out to management that the bathroom needed cleaned. Today, running errands then stopping for dinner items, I have to use the ladies room. There was actually feces on the front of the toilet and mold still in the toilet bowl. There is mold on the floors and in the grout. It is absolutely filthy. This is the bathroom employees use, then go and touch and pack groceries that we will eat? Please get a professional cleaning company in for a deep clean. Your employees aren't cleaning crews. My store of choice will now be the Giant Eagle at 30th Street. A little farther drive but much cleaner.
