This CVS has zero customer service. I waited at the Pharmacy desk for a long time, and no one acknowledged me. There were 6 employees behind that counter and not one of them could be bothered to say "Can I help you". read more

The phone system is horrible. If you have a job and cant answer when they decide to call you your just out of luck. I get the same prescription at the same time yet they never have it and cant add it to their regular order due to what im told is a fault in their system. Your literally saying the way we run a pharmacy dosent work and we are aware. How on earth a pharmacy that caters to mostly older individuals has a phone system and cant order prescriptions they know they will need u til the prescription is sent in is beyond me.. if your insurance works anywhere else your way better off. The one thing a pharmacy needs is the ability to answer the phone and answer questions so if you have to you can pay full price somewhere else that dosent take your insurance card. No one seems to know what'd going on where prescription medicin comes from or how to communicate with the unknown place the medicine appears from. They will put you in a bind using pure ignorance and have you in a panic attack scrambling to make appointments and call Dr's before you run out of medication tou have to take. They just need to restructure emanate and restart and start considering their customers like in the old days. read more

I don't know what happened but this was the easiest prescription pick up in history. My kiddo has other cookies 16 times today and we were in desperate need of the meds from her doctor. We normally use another pharmacy but since it is Sunday or options today were severely limited. I was extremely concerned the pick up was going up be a complete fiasco. Nope. Instead, everything was set up seamlessly. We got the generic and hardly had to do anything as our information transferred easily. i am astounded at how easily everything worked out read more

It is impossible to reach the Pharmacy. An improvement would be taking your phone calls. I have to call the pharmacy for each of my prescriptions. Secondly, there is the non-functional recorded message you must dive through to leave a message. Thirdly, the pharmacy fills out the prescription as ordered by the physician. So my 90-day prescription cost me $33.07, and a 30-day prescription cost me $33.69 x 3 = $101.07. The tech told me to call my doctor to get it changed to a 90-day prescription when the doctor sent in the 90-day, so CVS is making $$$ off of the scripts doing it that way. I asked the tech for her to call the doctor, that it was her job. When I picked up the prescription & paid for it they gave me the 30-day. read more

The pharmacist is unbelievably rude. The first time I chalked it up to a bad day. Second time makes me realize he is just plain rude and not customer focused. If you can't handle the stress find another job! There are other pharmacies! read more

Lack of good costumer service. I always have to call into the store because they can't even fix the robot on the phone and it's so annoying because it keeps skipping tracks like a record player. I wait about 5min on the phone for the robot to not work and then decide to call the store. Seriously, instead of using a robot just have customers call the store. read more

My prescriptions are never a consistent price. Every time I go in to get a script filled the price varies from the month prior. For example, three months ago I filled a script for a 90 day supply of medication at the cost of $12. Three months later a refill of the same medication is costing me over $500. Also, it has taken this CVS over a month to order an out of stock medication for me. Thankfully, I have enough extra medication to last me, or else I would be out of luck. Do not go to this pharmacy. Their pricing is unreliable. read more

This store is an absolute joke. When I called about my prescription to check if it was ready, they never tried to fill it or call me to notify me. When I asked why I wasn't notified the lady just said "oh I didn't work that day" instead of giving an actual reason. Then kept sarcastically saying "oh I'm sooooo sorry". Now I have to wait two weeks to even try and refill it again. You guys are a bunch of jokes. read more

I was a customer here for years but recently I had to leave after the pharmacist, Nathan, decided to refuse to fill my prescription and call me a name, yell at me over the phone and then tell me he was done with me and hang up on me. I called the corporate office to file a complaint and spoke to 3 different people 3 separate times, was told I would be hearing from the regional manager for the Nixa store to discuss the situation and that was 2 weeks ago, I haven't heard a word from them. I guess he has the same work ethic as Nathan the pharmacist. Sad and unprofessional, don't shop at CVS in nixa, they are THE rudest people ever! read more

I was new to Nixa in 2020. I had pharmacy service by CVS in Louisiana for 8 yrs previously . This has been the worse service and attitude from ever seen. Not ones helpful . They screw up refills and are not accountable . I reported pharmacist Rob to Corp for his insults . I had a change of Ins and they could not work with me to answer questions . They make customers feel like a Bother . After 1 yr Of this nonsense June 2021 , I moved scripts to Walmart . For some reason CVS is catering to these unprofessional behavior. read more
