I've been a loyal customer at this CVS for over five years, but after my recent experience, I will never return. The pharmacist on duty -- who also claimed to be the manager -- was shockingly rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. When I asked for assistance, she refused to help, spoke to me in a demeaning tone, and even told me I was no longer welcome in her store. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone, let alone someone in a management role at a healthcare facility. The atmosphere at this location has clearly taken a turn for the worse, and it's no longer a place where customers are treated with basic respect. CVS needs to seriously address the tone and leadership at this pharmacy. I gladly took my families prescriptions across the street Publix! read more

As a retired RN who suffers from serious hypertension, I must say CVS on Immokalee Rd and Collier Blvd is dangerous. My doctor called in my Rx on Thursday, November 6th to no avail and again on 11/11 in the AM! At 8 pm on 11/11 I was notified that my blood pressure med would be ready late on Wed 11/12. You are responsible for my blood pressure sky rocketing to 160/88. In spite of all the issues in NY, CVS pharmacy up there is more competent than you people. I hope you go out of business before you kill somebody! read more

I would give this place a 0 or minus -10 if I could. I am also a retired RN. I am not sure how they get away with what they do. They never answer or return phone calls. Their automated voice system is the absolute worst. I can't tell you the hours I have wasted on the phone.My latest incidence put me over the edge. I called for a medication and was told by their AI voice mail that my prescription was ordered. 2 days later I h ad not heard the pick up time. I called again and was told by their AI that I did not have any prescriptions ready. I then called my clinic as soon as they opened. The clinic nurse said she would call the CVS. At 2oo pm in the afternoon I called and someone in the pharmacy said they had not received an order from the clinic! I called the clinic and they said they had called and not received any message from them. This was a very important prescription, and they could care less are rude and as I understand it were also fined because of these types of negligence. I switched to Publix, called them and spoke with both the pharmacist and tech. Very professional and caring. Stay away from this store unless you want high blood pressure. read more

So I go to pick up a prescription at the drive through service. I have a Good RX Coupon to get the prescription cheaper. They tell me at the drive through that I have to come inside for a pick up if I'm using Good RX. So I go inside and the girl asks me name, date of birth. I give her the coupon and she says I have to the other register to the left and wait . So I wait and that clerk sends me back to the original cashier to pay for it. I had to get transferred to three different employees to use the discounted coupon. While I was there two different customers were also complaining. One just left and said this is the worst customer service he has ever witnessed. I have to agree with him. So I'm hoping this review makes them correct so very simple tasks in efficiency. I was on hold for 45 mins so I drove 25 mins, waited in the drive-thru for another 15, with only one car ahead of me that was already there. They then made me come in to tell me it wasn't ready. This pharmacy is honestly run disgustingly terribly. Pharmacy staff lazy, very unkind, & simply doing less than the bare minimum of their job. I've never experienced a pharmacy with such terrible employees. I really hope CVS clears out these pharmacists because people in need of medication and help shouldn't have to deal with that mean spirited staff, on top of them not doing their job. read more

This cvs is the model of consistency. Always annoying. At drive thru for maybe 10 minutes before any acknowledgement. The rep had walked by window several times but successfully averted eye contact. Eventually provided the meds but he seemed to go out of his way to make sure the meds were positioned in the push thru pickup drawer that I would not be able to reach them. Had to unbuckl seatbelt and open door and step out to reach them. End of interaction.... No thank you or any acknowledgement at all. read more

The staff are very rude and lack intelligence and mannerism. They send us a text to register for the express pickup and posted signs next to the counter telling you where to go for the express pickup. We followed the signs only to be met with snappy remarks and a lot of attitude that we should stand in the pickup line and claimed that they did not post the sign. The lack of customer service combined with ignorance and attitude should not be the place where customers go to pick up their meds. read more

Without a doubt, the WORST CVS Pharmacy in the country. I understand the bar is very low these days (SMH), but the technicians/pharmacists at this location are rude, incompetent and outright lazy. Almost every script I try to pickup has problem with it (out of stock mostly). The employees are more concerned about shutting down the pharmacy for lunch break than helping customers. I've been on the same scripts for many years and never experienced any problems at other locations. The revolving door of workers and managers at this location clearly indicates the regional office has no interest in improving operations in the pharmacy. This CVS Pharmacy is awful. I have experienced many employees who are rude and apathetic. I don't know what the turnover is, but many techs give misinformation or don't know where to look for prescriptions after I receive a text telling me they are ready for pickup. They consistently have trouble transferring prescriptions from another CVS. The CVS I go to in Ohio is awesome. I wish the company would try to fix the problems at this location. read more

Pharmacy has the worse customer service, I went to get the flu shot and they told me that I needed to schedule an appointment online. I stayed there while trying to schedule the appointment but the system was giving me a hard time. I explained what was happening to the pharmacy technician but she ignored me. First, I'd like to point out that missing an insulin dose can have deadly consequences. My husband needed an emergency dose, so his doctor called it in to this pharmacy. It was the only one in the area open til 9pm, and it was close to that time. When we got there, the pharmacist said "it's not covered by insurance and you'll have to pay $200." I said fine, we'll pay it. It's an emergency. Then, he said "we don't even have it." I said someone should have called us so we could try to get it somewhere else. He said yeah, someone should have called you. What an uncaring pos this man is. He put someone's life at risk. Maybe he should consider another line of work, where he can do no harm. And btw, we were able to get a dose for $30 at the Publix pharmacy first thing in the morning. No bs. They just did their job the way they're supposed to. This story could have had a much different ending for someone who was more insulin dependent. But that pharmacist had no way of knowing that. read more

(First bad review I've ever left in my life) I walked up to the pharmacy and the gentleman walked away as the previous customer left as soon as he saw me and shut the gate and said I had to go through the drive through, Monday 11/7 at 5:45pm and said to use the drive through which closes at 6pm. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and have never been treated with such disregard. Don't use this pharmacy. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, and when you do they can't answer the simplest questions.

Employees have no interest in helping the customers. They came back late from lunch. There was a line and one of five of the employees started to service the pick up line, five minutes after the lunch break was supposed to be over. Others were staring at their computers, and one was playing with her phone . They advised that they didn't have the medication and could not offer when it would be available (already a week to wait for a common antibiotic). Asked me to go wait in the drop off line , while the representative went and played on her phone. Five minutes later another associate said they couldn't confirm when the meds would be available . She said I could go to another CVS but made no effort to help confirm if another store had the medication. No pharmacy manager on site. I went home and contacted CVS customer service. The representative understood customer service. She found another store that had the meds and made sure I got them! I would hire her to run the store and fire the other five that were at this store . Came down with sinus infection on my stay. The nurse at the clinic was awesome and pleasant to see. Really helped me out in a pinch and I was grateful that it worked out so well. You need to book an appointment on the website as it gets very busy and sometimes they have no availability for the day so trying to do a walk in usually is unsuccessful. I've seen a lot of frustrated sick people assume they can just go in and then get told it's based on booking slots so can't be seen. So save yourself the hassle and make an appointment. read more

They said my script was ready I go there they say the price is high and there was a problem with insurance change not so I had to go home and come back no problem did that twice and the third time I came back and ready to pick up what they said was ready only 15 minutes went by when I returned . They said ok be right with you then after 10 minutes she said they put it back in stock but how since they were so busy it will be a few minutes to get it ready 30 minutes later they called my name. This CVS is our closest pharmacy that takes my daughter's insurance. It ended up being a gift. My very ill child takes numerous and varied prescriptions and I often need to consult with the pharmacist regarding her medications. If I call I only have to say, Hi John, Amy here calling about ---" and he doesn't even need anything more than that. He has guided us through many complicated insurance matters and is always friendly and knowledgeable. We are year rounders here in SWFL and the size of our community triples during snowbird season, placing a huge burden upon the pharmacist and staff yet they continue to steadfastly work toward helping those in need. Service can be a bit slower January through April but that is to be expected when overwhelmed by 3x your usual client base and during flu season to boot. I have seen staff be bullied by clientele who are the "hurry up, I haven't got all minute to wait" philosophy and don't consider the factors relating to their wait, yet the pharmacy staff remains courteous and professional.
