I give this location one star as you have to give something to post. I now see why this place has SUCH A LOW review status. I pulled thru the drive in at 6:58 and it had a 'closed' sign posted. I whipped around and parked and RAN to the pharmacy at 6:59 (yes I was watching real time for accuracy. Ran in and they said NO we are closed. Asked so nicely to have my script filled and they said 'No, we are closed' by the time I got back to the front of the store I asked the cashier his time (as he was in his phone) and he said it's now 7:00. - Just wanted to be sure that my phone and car and all synced time references weren't off. If you are going to close at a few minutes before closing you need to post YOUR REAL closing time as some of us are racing from work to do an errand and would not have wasted my time if I hadn't realized how lazy and off putting the staff was. Will MOST definitely be moving my scripts to Walgreens for the future. I work hard - I expect others to close AT closing time - not early just because it's a Friday night and you want to get your weekend started. Lazy and rude has become their go to attitude. This is why they don't even have a 3.0 rating - pretty sure it's 2.8 as of today. Hope this brings their rating down even further as deserved. read more

Ok, so it's a CVS. Seriously though...it's very close and convenient to the Naples Cay community, the parking is plentiful, shelves were stocked and the staff were friendly. Only issue is if you have to leave the parking lot on the 41 side and need to go west towards on Seagate you have to cross three lanes of traffic to get to the left turn lane. read more

no body answers the pharmacy phone! I've been calling this store since 5pm and they keep sending me to voicemail. If they're this busy,then they need to hire someone to answer the phone because I can hear them pick it up and then hang up. I have the app and the care pass but it shows my medication is on hold and I have to call to see when I can come pick it up and they're not answering. how can I check my status if they don't answer. Arrived at CVS pharmacy at 10 AM on Sunday. This was the opening hour listed online for today. However, the pharmacy window was closed, with no sign or reason. The drugstore manager said they would not open till 11 AM. But this unannounced, and no notice or sign, failute to observe wenbsite hours caused me great inconvenience. read more

Marybeth Bliss deserves a call out for her thoughtful, patient and professional attitude during what could have been a trying experience. I had no luck filling my prescription at the CVS at the corner of Collier (after twice being texted that it was ready for pick-up), and was told to go to this location as it had the medication in stock. However, the system continued to show the prescription as "in progress" at Collier. Marybeth twice called the Collier store before getting through. She went into her system a couple of times before the "in progress" was eliminated and she was able to fill my prescription. She apologized for the wait time, for the poor service at the other store and her annoyance at the Collier store. She knew that this med is one that a person cannot simply stop and she persevered. Just spend 25 minutes on hold just to see if a prescription was ready for pickup only to get hung up on as soon as I was connected with a pharmacist. I received a Covid booster the other day from this location, which was pretty quick and easy, but the response time to calls is extremely poor. read more

I always have a problem with photos here. Every time I have them ordered and ready for pick-up, I get there and they are no where to be found. They make me waste my time and then sometimes when they do have them after Iv reprinted, they also put other peoples pictures in there. read more

Hands down the worst pharmacy in Naples and probably in the United States. The employees are so systematically rude that it's a wonder that anyone shops here at all. Even when you are the only client, no one greets you or tells you that they will be right with you when there are five people working behind the counter. You can wait literally for five minutes before anyone acknowledges your presence. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs unless you have lots of time to waste. read more

I was just at CVS and use my card to get points. The car didn't work and I got into a conversation with the sales clerk asking what exactly do I get with this card. I have been using the card for quite a while and as far as I know it gives me nothing whatsoever except coupons that I can't use. The clerk had absolutely no interest in answering my question or finding somebody that would. As far as I'm concerned I'm off to Walgreens from now on. read more

I was there recently right after getting my wisdom teeth taken out. My mother and I were in the pharmacy waiting for the prescription to be ready and when I had to pay I was feeling dizzy and almost passed out. My mom didn't know what to do and the lady that was checking us out just stood there like if me feeling bad was an inconvenience and it bothered her to wait for me to pay for my pills. I know they're not doctors but at least a little bit of decency is to be expected from any professional. Overall, very disappointed with that location. I phoned CVS just before 9PM to ensure that I could pick up my prescription. I spoke to Mallory the pharmacist. She told me "I have worked 13 hours today and want to go home and put my son to bed"! In addition she also told me that I could drive from Naples to Lehigh Acres to pick up my prescription, since that store is open 24 hours! I was less that 5 minutes away and she told me to drive over an hour! She then abruptly hung up on me! I phoned back and asked for the store manager Diad Maalouf who told me that there is nothing that he could do and was as rude and abrupt as Mallory. I immediately called CVS corporate office and believe it or not, they were open to take a complaint but could offer no assistance is getting my medication. This store is truly in business for their own benefit and could care less about their customers. This particular store is extremely busy and caters strictly to the tourist during season and not to those of us who live and work in this town. read more

This store like Walgreens is typical of every other CVS. Other than being conveniently located at the corner of Pine Ridge Rd and 41, this store is just another drug store. The difference between CVS and Walgreens is mostly visible in the flooring. Cvs has carpet and Walgreens tile. Not that it matters, but the carpet seems dated and less clean. It is however more quite. Fully met expectations but nothing special. Be sure to use a CVS Card to get promo pricing. read more

Their employees are miserable and rude. It didn't happen to me, but the lady next to me had a coupon to scan and the cashier said "I can't scan that it has to be printed out." The customer explained that the coupon says to scan the code or type in the number. The cashier said "I can't do that." The customer said "well then why does it say that on the coupon?" The cashier goes "I have no idea." The lady just stood there for a minute dumbfounded (so did I) and the cashier finally goes "I'll call a manager over." I just never saw such a rude exchange in my life. I get you may hate your job but it could be way worse. You could be unemployed. Jeez. read more
