We had a manager call from another store down the road, and they said that there was crutches at this location. We drove all the way down here with no luck! Completely unorganized and extremely rude. read more

CVS management need more employees, really awkward to have employees on same side of register checking out customers - very stranger danger especially in time of covid. Suggest clean bathrooms (disinfect sink, floors, air) - one bathroom broken. Walgreens is better, service and atmosphere and cleanliness. read more

I live right across the street from cvs, and i always go here for candy, tv dinners, and other things teenage boys need in the moddle of the summer. The workers are extremely helpful and nice, prices are exceptionally good, and the cvs extra care card is free and saves me tons of money. I love this place! read more

CVS Pharmacy - Sorry for the satelite view :p - Drugstores Near Me - Missouri City, Texas

it's 6:12pm on Jan 30th and I went through the drive thru because I have Covid and my elderly mother is starting to display the same symptoms. the doctors calls in a prescription but it's not going to be ready today so I ask for Mucinex DM. The pharmacist attendant in drive thru has it but cannot scan the purchase from drive through. So she seeks help from more senior employees behind her and they tell her to tell me to come in and buy it at the kiosk. I explained to them that I have COVID. we went back and forth 3 times about this as I explained. I HAVE COVID. They didn't care and told me to come into the VERY PACKED building with people to buy the OTC. deplorable and I'm disgusted with you all. I work in healthcare too, you know good and very well that's unethical. read more

We have had multiple problems with this pharmacy: I have waited 16 minutes on hold, they don't call when they don't have my medication and tell me to wait from Friday until Monday when I go to pick it up, they have employees that don't come to the window in a timely manner, the pharmacist didn't even come to the customer when told she would, and it's a crap shoot about whether they will ever have what you need. We are done with this location. I wish our insurance would let us return to WALGREENS on LEXINGTON. read more

You can wait forever to get your medicine ready, we were there at12, we been told that 30 mins later will be ready, we came back at 5, another 40 mins to wait ! That is unbelievable !!! read more

CVS Pharmacy - service slow slow slow !! - Drugstores Near Me - Missouri City, Texas

Horrendous customer service. Double checked the price of my prescription before I left at 6:30pm and was quoted $33. Returned at 8pm and was told $76, that this was not her fault, but the websites fault for giving her the incorrect quote. She followed that up by saying there was nothing she could do except give me the script back to take somewhere else, at 8pm. Right before most of the local pharmacy's in the area closed. By far the worst customer service I have ever received at any pharmacy in my entire life. Had to wait until the next morning to pick up my script. I was only able to get about an hour and a half of sleep. Thanks a bunch CVS pharmacy! read more

I'm not sure why anyone comes here. I was visiting my parents and they wanted to stop here because "it would be faster than buying stuff at HEB." Perhaps in theory it would be as the store is smaller but I felt like we ended up walking around in circles to find two items given the lack of signage and small inventory. Unless the item you want is on sale, it's probably more expensive than at a grocery store. But they do seem to have some good sales ... to bad it wasn't on the items we were going to get. read more

Ms Mary is the only one there with common since. If I don't feel my perception at this location it's the one on Buffalo Speedway near my job. All the systems are connected and if I wasn't able to get it at one I would just pick it up at the other. Not today though, I called in from work today because I'm not feeling well and the pharmacist today told me I needed to drive to my job if I wanted my medicine. I'll never shop at this CVS again! I'll stop by Walgreens before I ever go to the Dulles location. read more

The pharmacist and Tech are amazing here the whole place runs like a well-oiled machine everyone is kind and friendly and always helpful I appreciate their assistance and they always have the items that I need in stock. It's very conveniently located and I come here frequently. read more

03/12/2019. Cvs pharmacy needs to have call monitoring and quality control.. They have the worst customer service. I called the pharmacy at the corner of Dulles at 2781 Dulles Avenue, Missouri City, TX 77459 Road. Spoke to Edwin to have my prescription transferred from the Walmart pharmacy.. He told me to call them and ask them to send it to us. He said that When we call they put us on a long hold, so we do not call them . Then I called Walmart, the lady there ask me to have cvs Call them. And same guy Edwin came over. Without asking me any of information. He put me on a long hold 15 mins plus. I hung up called back. I wasted. Another 15 mins because This guy had the phone on a music. Finally I called HEB. and got my prescription order in less than 5 mins. No wonder businesses are going bankrupt. It is Mainly because of bad customer service. Please Hire hard working employees. read more

Rude employees. Got there 10 min before they closed and the woman made a big deal about me trying to buy a bag of chips. Well I won't trouble ya again. read more

I went to pick up my sons anti-biotics, and when I got home not only was the bag they put it in not even closed, but the lid wasn't even tightened, and the entire bottle fell out and 3/4 or more of the 10 day amox regiment was gone. I went immediately back to the pharmacy to complain and get more for my 1 1/2 yr old sick son, and they told me they can't and won't do anything about it, and that I had to wait until my doctor calls in ANOTHER prescription, after I already got one today for him. This is ridiculous. This is not the first time they have messed up meds for my family either. Switch to Walgreens in the area if you have the chance. Extremely disappointed and I will be talking to corporate. read more

To say incompetence is the only abundance resource at this CVS pharmacy is a dishonor to the word itself. The store manager there is incredibly rude and the pharmacy personnel can't get their act together. Forgotten prescriptions that never get filled, missed deadlines and all you can expect of a crappy service. 0 customer service. From now on me and my family are filling ALL prescriptions at HEB!!! read more

My whole experience there was horrible The people at the pharmacy just didn't care I went to fill a prescription and they told me it would take 10 minutes So I go back after 10 minutes they tell me that it's not ready Because it has to be the head pharmacist to sign off on it but there is another pharmacist just sitting there Just a bad experience read more

Waited 20 min in the drive thru with only one car in from of me!!! I was told I had to come back yesterday because it would be 10-30 min when I dropped the script off a week in advance! I've been on the phone on hold for 10 minutes!!! This is ridiculous read more

I ordered a photo to canvas print online through CVS and picked it up at this store location. The painting was stunning! They were running a special of 50% of the largest size (36X24) and I took a chance by using a photo that was low resolution and it still came out great! I am in awe that I paid so little for such a high quality piece, and I strongly recommend them. When I went to pick up the painting, I was greeted by a very busy, but pleasant manager that helps me with all of my needs and even loaded the painting out to the car for me. I was very impressed. read more
