I had a very bad experience here today. I had photos sent here for printing. The online ordering system estimated they'd be ready for pick up at 12:50. When I arrived the technician said "it has been a busy morning. Give me 20 or 30 minutes." Not a problem, I get it - sometimes you get busy at work! In the meantime I ran other errands then came back forty minutes later. The same guy is very upset. I asked him if he had an estimate and he dosgruntledly replied "honestly I was supposed to leave 30 minutes ago. They'll get printed when they get printed." I thought it was a very rude answer to a very inoccuous question. I totally get it if things get busy and work can be frustrating but you shouldn't take your attitude out on the customers. read more

I picked up the generic Suprep Bowel Prep from the Walgreen on FM1092 & Lexington Blvd, Missouri City. The lady told me not to add water and disregard the instructions printed on outside of the box containing 2 bottles. Didn't think much about it until now the colonoscopy procedure is getting close. Asked my doctor on my portal; the assistant just wrote "Do not mix." Confused and texted again for clarification but she never replied. Today I decided to ask the pharmacist. The guy who claimed to be the pharmacist at this Walgreen was not friendly at all. At first he said it's powder and told me "do not add water". I told him the flyer from Walgreen said it's liquid. After he got my birthday, he confirmed it's liquid and told me to follow the instructions on the box. I was at a loss why the lady told me not to add water when I picked up the medication. Suggested to him that people in the pharmacy group do not give out random wrong information to customers. But he promptly hung up. read more

Terrible customer service. I politely asked where an item was located in the store because I was having trouble finding it in the store, and the older lady up front had an attitude for no apparent reason and seemed as if she didn't want to be at work. I Definitely won't be returning. read more

Manager, Nita is very unprofessional. I dropped off a disposable camera to have pictures printed weeks ago & paid at the time of drop off. When I go to pick the pictures up today, she tries to make me pay again & refused to give me my photos otherwise. I had to call corporate, be given a refund on the original order, & now have to go repurchase photos I've already paid for. Smh read more

I noticed him walking by and asked for help. He did not hesitate to help me. He was polite and very helpful. I was a mess with pictures everywhere and he never got frustrated with me. Poor customer service. I get it, but I really don't. It's easy to be halfway courteous. Generally, I don't even care for forced greetings, but at minimum, if you're giving the person ahead of me one, I should probably get one too. Uh oh, I feel my entitlement coming through. Also, after my transaction, a "thank you" would've been apropos. Anyhow, it's Walgreens. If you've been to one, you've been to them all, minus the abysmal customer service. read more

Great location near my job down from a favorite lunch spot. There is plenty of parking. Staff has always been super friendly. The store is clean and in great shape. Prices are on par for what you'd expect, but they do have their own savings program now. Nalini checked me out today and she was polite and friendly. read more

The pharmacy tech and pharmacist are rude on multiple occasions. I had a prescription they forgot about before and was never called not apologized by staff or pharmacy . They need to pay attention detail I understand when staff gets busy but it is important to take accountability for mistakes and to help patients make this right. read more

I enjoy shopping at this location.Thep pharmacy is very nice and I really love the way YOUNGER cashiers are very understanding and helpful especially regarding coupons and policies. Raiding the clearance section is something I do every Sunday. Great bargains especially if you are able to use the Walgreen's app for coupons. Prices are expected since it is a drug store. If you can find coupons and sales you can get what you want without paying an arm and a leg for them. There are downsides to this location. I do not like it when you have cashiers (older ) who seem to give you attitude if you ask a question. Also, beware if you are a bargain shopper. Going down aisles and comparing prices may get you followed by management. Being hounded by management every few minutes asking"may I help you" will get on your nerves. I finally had to tell the female manager " I do not need your assistance but I do appreciate your efforts in following me around your store." "In the event, I do need your help I will come to YOU". The customer service here sucks. I walked into this Walgreens once and no one was at the front register. When I finally saw someone, there were 3 employees on the same aisle talking and listening to music. I asked if someone could ring me up and the young lady nodded her head with an attitude. I waited a couple of minutes for someone to ring me up until I finally said forget it, sat the items on the counter and left. The most recent situation happened a few days ago. I went in to buy napkins ($3.75) and 2 for $5 chips. Originally I picked up a bag of chips that qualified for the the 2 for $5 and another a bag that didn't so when I noticed I told the employee that I will get another bag that qualifies for 2 for $5 and not get the bag that didn't. As I was trying to explain he kept cutting me off and trying to rush me away. I get my total and the screen said $12.53. I asked him how is that my total when I bought napkins ($3.75) + 2 for $5 chips ($5.00) = $8.75 + taxes. He looked at me then pressed a button on the screen which then lowered the price to $11 and some change. Though I was still confused I went a head and paid. I got to my car just to look on the receipt and find that he never took the bag of chips I told him I didn't want off. I went back inside and before I could open my mouth to let him know he had already asked for my receipt...which lets me know he knew he over charged me. I received my refund and even during that process he was still rushing. If I could give this Walgreens 0 stars I would. read more
