This Walgreens is one of the oldest in the Rio Grande Valley, yet it doesn't show like it is aging…read moremuch. It's very well kept and always looks organized on the inside. This is also one of the few Walgreens that is opened 24 hours a day. I've had to come here before at extremely late hours. Other Walgreens in the surrounding area aren't open 24 hours, but this one is and that makes it very dependable. There is a Redbox on the outside of Walgreens, which makes it ideal to rent movies when you have nothing to do. This place used to be the place were I would buy video game magazines, as their magazine selection is extensive. However, I tried doing that recently and I couldn't find a single one. They seem to have gotten rid of those magazines so I was disappointed on that. For your medical or beauty needs, this is the place to go.

You can actually find more than you'd expect here from convenient household items like paper plates to small gifts like robes and candles and even dog food if you need an emergency stash. It's not just a pharmacy, it's a surprisingly handy one-stop convenience spot. I would say one of the items you won't find here is produce. Other than that, CVS is a pretty solid store for just about anything. Makeup from here is also very nice. Pro tip: Make sure to be a rewards member! Pay attention to the receipt for coupons you can use on your next visit. I like to use mine right away so I don't lose out on any deals. My only critique is the bathroom is not well maintained and even when there's two employees available, they push for customers to use self checkout. Then if you choose no bag for some of your items, it alerts an attendant anyways, and they still have to come help you.
