I have many CVS pharmacies nearby, yet I use this one. Please allow me to tell you why. 1) Open 24/7 2) The staff is always kind and yet professional. 3) Drive through for me has always been quick. 4) The parking and outside is maintained clean 5) I enjoy going inside, the place is organized even when changing season items. 6) If for some reason they have a delay in the drive thru, they have plenty of parking. 7) I always try to check the discounts, to stock up at a discounted price. 8) Clearance items, make great small gifts gifts. 9) Souvenirs! Most people don't know that you can buy Souvenirs for friends that come to visit you from other places. 10) Location, I think of this place as it's own island. For me it's good because folks come to buy something they need. Note: If you ever are having a bad day, like we all do. Take a deep breath, and instead of showing anger, let them know you are having a bad day. To all the staff at CVS at 6690 Eagle Nest Ln, Miami Lakes, Florida... Thank you and Bravo Zulu! read more

Social distancing and masks are required. I came here to pick up a birthday card for one of my close friends. Since I'm in the area of Miami Lakes, I decided to come here. Great selections and fast service. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! They are very rude! They failed to fill my order and when I tell them I'm out they have an attitude that they are doing me a favor by giving me three pills to hold me over. I'm going somewhere else and I've been with them for 10 years! read more

Pharmacy is terrible. I went through the drive thru and was basically scolded by the tech behind the glass. They did not have my prescription as THEY had ran out. She said she would give me enough to get by but this was the second time and they will not do it again. Then repeated herself three more times. Get YOUR act together!! read more

This is my favorite CVS to come to!! I've been coming to this location before it was even CVS, when it used to be an Eckerd in that spot! But either way, the staff is very helpful and supportive and also one of the quickest lines inside when it comes to picking up any medication. read more

Worst drive through service in the country. They just don't care about the customers and with all the bad reviews, management does nothing about it. read more

This is not normally my local CVS, but is still convenient for me as it is opposite the Publix in Miami lakes. It is a big store, although I prefer my local one as I know where everything is stocked. It was super busy, maybe for Valentine's day? read more

There has to be a better pharmacy in Miami Lakes. The service at both of the locations are horrible and they don't care. Publix open your pharmacy 24 we desperately need it. read more

So they have VIP lines for those whom have paid for their prescriptions ahead of time, get the lines to move faster. Yet you have to wait in the line, even though they have a designated area to avoid the line, show that you've paid and get your prescription. Why offer this option if you don't honor it? Do better CVS. read more

If i can give negative reviews i will!!! , it's no reason someone should have to wait 30 mins to a hour just to pick up a prescription they pharmacy is horrible!! The outside pickup and inside just horrible. read more

.The pharmacy cashier was very rude to my mother when she told her that her medicine for Covid 19 was not ready and she had been waiting 3 hours. She yelled at my mom and told her to switch to another pharmacy. Nobody in the pharmacy went out to help my mother. After this incident she called 911 because her BP was High. read more

Oh boy. Lindsay, you c u. n t. My gf went to this CVS to try and get a prescription picked up for me and the woman named Lindsay was beyond rude and disrespectful to her. Worst service the pharmacist. Albert could care less you call at 1:00am in the morning he doesn't answer the phone you call again every hour no answer it rings off the hook. I went there at 7:15 am there was one patient ahead of me while I was still calling on the phone he doesn't care and has no regards for the patient when I asked him why he doesn't answer the phone he simple said he was the only one there. Awful service. I'm taking my business elsewhere. The man should be fired. This is the second time I have issues with this pharmacy. The store manager has no jurisdiction over the pharmacy you might as well be giving him a complaint about the store down the street. No one cares, even it you take your business elsewhere unfortunately no one does and service just tends to get worst. I'm calling the headquarters tomorrow let's see if they return the call. Doesn't even deserve a star. read more

One being the lowest rating possible if not, it would be a negative. Thank goodness I never have to come to CVS but the few times that I have the lines are endless drive-through. I don't understand if they text you that your medication is ready for pick up why are the lines either the medication is ready or it's not if it's not you're going to have lines because that person's gonna sit in your car waiting for you to pack up their medication's, I don't understand over an hour wait in your car to pick up medication ., I don't understand over an hour wait in your car to pick up medication read more

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to, their shelves are never stocked up this is the 4th consecutive week I've walked in to grab a quick drink and still shelves are basically empty. There are boxes / plastic boxes piled up ( which I assume are products yet to be stocked) there are boxes hidden behind empty boxes of food products .. just.. idk this needs to be reported to corporate or something read more

Worst quality passport photos ever and expensive price , disappointed. No go there to get any pic or you will spend your time and money.

If negative stars was an option id choose that. This pharmacy is the WORST! Do not waste your time. The pharmacists and employees are all incompetent. Somehow they manage to have 1-2 hour wait lines to pick up your medicine. If you try to avoid that by calling you'll be on hold for a good 45 min, they'll let you know you're all good to pick up and then you show up and the medicine is on backorder, simply not available. Just a complete waste of your time. read more

Hello all, this CVS is one of the worst pharmacy's in town, if you have a prescription to be filled this pharmacy always has an excuse why it's not ready! The customer service is horrible and the employees are not friendly at all! This is not a place that a person feeling sick should send there prescription medication. If you are looking for assistance and timely prescription filling this is not the place. read more

I've been calling for 3 days now and no one is answering the phone to clarify my medication prescribed. That 3 days I called 3 times and kept me waiting for 10 minutes. If there is a -100 review for this pharmacy I'll give it to them. read more

Terrible service especially the pharmacist at night, he is rudy and seems to be an annoyed when you arrive for service. Tells you that the presciption is not avialible and tells you to come back in the morning. Left me without critical medicine. Will take this complaint to my insurance company to see if I can switch to Walgreens. If you need medicine picked- up or dropped-off go in the day time or expect poor to no service. Management at this store needs to work with this pharmacist people skills. Gave it 1 star because ZERO was not available. read more

Extremely slow service at the pharmacy. They are clearly understaffed and usually only have one person working at the registers to help customers. Even the drive thru is slow because it's the same person who is helping those in the store. Usually picking up a prescription (even dropping off) can take at least 20-30 minutes just waiting in line. read more

This has to be the friendliest CVS I have been to. This is the closest 24 hr pharmacy to Miramar so it is convenient. The store is in a easily assessable location. read more

I hate this CVS store. They do NOT honor CVS policies. Customer service is horrible and with attitude. I will NOT shop there anymore.

Very clean store with a lot of options in the fridge (cheese, butter, sandwiches, etc.). The pharmacy is very accommodating as the wait isn't usually too bad. Great CVS in my opinion. read more

This is my go to for the basics! Crazy lines but at least it's opened 24 hours a day!

I wish I could this location a zero. Worst pharmacy of life. Why are you open 24 hours if you make people ring the "call" button. Have them wait 10 minutes while I watch 3 people eating crap behind the window. Yes a window. Meaning they see me parked waiting. Then the "all of a sudden" see me. 10 minutes at 12:05 am. With no one in line inside or outside. Ridiculous. read more

When you go to cvs you must be extremely patient and willing to wait in line for long periods of time. Came in 8 min early for my prescription and it was not ready. Had to make the line again which took a good 20-30 min at 10:30pm on a Monday! read more

If there was a no star.. that's what this cvs deserves! Long lines all the time with 1 register person most of the time and if there is two.. they're just gabbing away.. talk talk talk talk. I'm done with them for a year I thought they would change.. I'm going to publix!! read more

Over an hour to pick up a prescription. This place is under staffed and terribly slow. I do not recommend this place at all. Stick to your publix pharmacy. read more

I had to call the Pharmacy on Thursday to check on my order because on Wednesday, they told me they were out of my prescription. I waited on the phone for about 25 minutes while driving from Miami Lakes to Miramar to run an errand. I was on speaker phone as I drove and almost fell asleep with the 25 minute long meditation music they play while you wait. Word to the wise, even if you are using a hands free device, do not call this place while you are driving. You might end up dosing off at the wheel. To make matters worse, the person that answered said that they had still not received my medication. She offered to call neighboring stores to see if they had the medication in stock and said she would call me back. I never received a call back. I had to go through another dose of meditation music to find out that I still had to wait another day for my medication. This place makes tons of money and is poorly staffed. They need more staff to answer calls and tend to customers. read more

This CVS needs to get organized.. I have dropped off my daughters rx and later called to see if it has been ready either they dont find it or they slam the phone on you, very rude. read more

How do you leave people on hold for 10 minutes? I had to make four calls and deal with rude associates, just to get someone to answer my question. I was told yesterday that the medication would be ready today. I didn't get a call or get warned before I made the trip there to pick up the medication nor did I get one today. They told me to return today. I'm glad I called or I would've wasted another trip. What lack of decorum, humanity, and respect. How appalling. read more
