Awful customer service in the PHARMACY- every time I have a question on medication refills etc. , I always get someone RUDE and miserable on the phone. I give a 1 only because the "0" option is unavailable. Watch out! They steal meds, especially if it's a controlled substance. ALWAYS COUNT YOUR PILLS. They never answer their phones, and don't return calls. They cut one prescription by half and told me that they were so busy that day. It was simply Vitamin D3. Instead of 12, I got 6. They also will refuse to tender medication on the due dates, filling them when they feel like it. I was informed that one of my most important medications would be available 11 days after it was due for refill. THIS IS ILLEGAL. I have NEVER had a negative experience such as I had with the CVS STORE on Zack Hinton Boulevard in McDonough, Georgia. I was there for a 2nd COVID-19 SHOT. I had an 11:00 AM appointment and arrived there at 10:45 AM with my adult daughter waiting in the car for me as she had a medical procedure earlier that morning. I explained that I was there 15 MINUTES EARLY and was hopeful to check in immediately, for my appointment that I was 15 minutes early for. They sent me to the Pharmacy, and as a result of being sent to the Pharmacy because I was 15 minutes early (trying to get my ill daughter who was waiting in the backseat of my car, home ASAP), I ended up getting my vaccination at 11:30 AM after many folks who checked in after me arrived and received theirs . When I got my vaccination with my back turned so I could not see the process because of how the room was set up, I was troubled. I asked the Doctor to tell me exactly what he did. He touched on a bag of vials with **Heavy Black Stripes** around it. I have since tried to get access to this doctor to ask for further clarification as Phizer has vials with pink and purple tops, NOT HEAVY BLACK LABELS. Working with the CDC and Health Department now to figure out what I was actually given. This being said, STAY ALERT at all times. If you like getting your prescriptions on time, I would recommend any other CVS location or pharmacy. Not only is the pharmacy staff rude, they also couldn't care less if you have to go the whole weekend without medicine because THEY failed to notify you they were out of stock & aren't able to transfer the rx. This cvs has very poor organization for vaccine distribution, even if the system was down, this could have been managed much more efficiently. The front table should have two people working to move people through. One person to bring the signed in and carded people and the other to check someone in. They did not have a designated areas for the ones signed in and processed, along with clear marked areas for the people to stand 6 feet apart. It doesn't allow for social distancing with how it is managed currently. When the girl at the table goes to the back it's left to those waiting to update people coming in. My appointment was at 10:45, I arrived at 10:35. I left at noon. I know you can do this better you guys. I believe in you, but I'm going to leave this review so you may get a better game plan. read more

This location is the worst ever. The staff are all unprofessional. I came to pick up a refill that was a 90 day supply. They handed me a two month supply and did not inform me of the change due to insurance coverage. The packaging still said 90 day supply but I had to count my pills and bring it to their attention. I informed the male pharmacist and he did not apologize for the inconvenience or mix up. He told me I had to come in the store to do the refund and to get my prescription filled per my MD orders because I was going to pay out of pocket. The two young female staff members that in the back changing the order was talking loud and ask him "what did she want to return?!" And then a few minutes later, the ladies in the back state "we don't have enough, it's whatever she want to do" (in the attitude of oh well, not my problem). Still no apology for wasting my time once again. I only came out here because I received a text message saying my prescription was ready but to only come to the pharmacy with them giving me a labeled container stating it's a 90 day supply but for me to count it and it being only a 60 day supply. How can they change a prescription without informing the customer?! DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME. I don't know why I even try. I moved away from this location 3 years ago but was in the area so I stopped by for cold medicine. I have two phones, business and personal. The phone number was in the phone I left at home so unless I signed up for the membership card there was no way that they could give me what amounted to a $9 savings. It's absolutely ridiculous how you all provide rapid covid test but are sooo disorganized. Poor lady that is testing is here by herself!! It must be overwhelming!!! This is the reason people back out and do not test because it is inconvenient to be given an appointment time and still have to wait 25 min past the appointed time! This is the second appointment I had. The original appointment at 9:30am was cancelled with no explanation. I recently had major neck surgery. My wife went to pick up my prescription. Emanuel the pharmacist refused to fill my order. My wife was told it was the pharmacist discretion on whether to fill it or not since my previous order was for loratab 5 and this order was for 7.5. I called to ask why he refused to fill it. He LIED and said they didn't have 7.5. I called up there prior to to ensure they had them in stock. He is a liar and I will not use CVS again. I fill several medications a month with CVS for my family. I'm taking my business to Walgreens. read more

Pharmacist does not care about patients /customers. I went to urgent care for the flu and rushed over to CVS because they were the only drugstore open until 8:00 on a Sunday night. Arrived at 7:40 and the pharmacist would not fill my prescriptions. She claimed she was the only one working and she had too much to do. I asked her 4 times and explained I had just went to urgent care and was very ill. She still said no. Talked to store manager, he told me he couldn't do anything. The pharmacist at store 5682 is the poorest, most pathetic excuse of an "professional" pharmacist that I have ever experienced! Pharmacist Inas Momin really needs to find another job if she is unhappy because she is really a disgusting reflection on CVS! Her ill manner customer service is unacceptable!
