William who was working the window was unable to let me pay because he had to print a new ticket under self pay. I said I can pay now and he said take a lap or come inside. This pharmacy and the people who work in the pharmacy are the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I was standing in line to pick up some prescriptions ahead of their lunch closing time. They closed the door and told me I would have to come back later to get them. Note one lady was helping another customer and asked someone else to help me however this was ignored and they kicked me out with such rudeness. read more

This is the worse store I have ever seen. You cannot call the store directly and speak to a customer service rep. Only a call back will happen if you are lucky. I have tried for two days to speak to a live person. Will be transferring my scripts to walmart. Cheaper anyway. read more

The employees and specially the pharmacist work as hard as they can to meet everyone's needs. Customers need to be more considerate about them. Don't show up 5 minutes before their lunch time or closing time demanding they fill your prescription. They are entitled and deserve a lunch time. They work long days and deserve to go home on time. People are rude and think only of themselves. This is why we don't have good workers anymore we have beat them down. Kindness works both ways. God bless all retail employees. read more

Brand new CVS. They tore the old one down due to the widening of HWY 390. And fortunately, the store survived Hurricane Michael . Parking is kinda tight right now as they had to build a temporary retaining pond until the old building was torn down. They are adding more parking as I type this. Drive thru is open and the pharmacy Currently is closing at 7 pm through the week. They have free ATM for Hancock/ Whitney bank account holders. read more

It's been several months since I've been in to this location but I have never in 2 years ever had a problem. The manager/ pharmacy of of those location straighten the Kinks put and they worked together as a team. Very reliable very caring very professional! My husband had cancer and they were so Sympathetic and caring never made him wait more than 10 minutes to Mix his medicine. They gave him special treatment & special care, they were so kind courteous and loving they gave us the best service in a timely manner always. They were the best anywhere we had to fill his scripts. The store was always clean well stocked fast and friendly helpful service. The best beyond anyone read more

CVS the store itself is fine, friendly staff, the pharmacy staff are so rude, they make you feel like your an inconvenience, told me my prescription was ready and went to pick up and it wasn't, then said insurance couldn't pay, which wasn't true at all, then I called back and asked again when it would be ready and they said they didn't have it but couldn't get it the next day, that didn't happen, if you don't like your job or customer service, move along, kindness isn't hard to show. read more

Complete Trash this pharmacy! Pharmacist completely messed up the first prescription and said it would be ready when we got there. Well we got there and then told us they didn't have it in, so doctor called in next prescription to void the other and the pharmacist said 3 hours! Even though they messed up the first one. Not only did my family and I have to go here 3 times for a prescription pick up because the pharmacy "didn't see the request" but the store was FILTHY! I counted 4 spiders in the store, noticed all the dust bunnies and the staff was carefree. If I could give a zero rating I would. Super disappointed in this CVS. Attempted to transfer a prescription, went in the next day and was told the fill in pharmacist dropped the ball and it would take 24 hours. 3 days later they still have not transferred and filled my prescription. Manager and employees have zero compassion and do nothing to rectify their mistakes. Terrible customer service. read more

Today I had 2 prescriptions sent in to CVS by my doctor, the 3rd prescription had to be hand delivered because it was a narcotic. Once I left the doctor's office and had a chest x-ray taken, I went directly to CVS to have my prescription filled. I was told they did not have what I needed in stock, I asked if any of the other CVS stores might have it in supply. I was hoping he would offer to call for me and find a store that had it, but that was not the case. I was told that I would have to drive to the other locations to find out if they had it in stock, which were clear across town. I just looked at him and walked away. . . . I gave 2 stars, because of the person that filled my other 2 prescriptions, they were lost but she took the time to look for them and kept apologizing that I was having to wait so long, she knew that I did not feel well. I appreciated her help and I did let her know that. Needless to say, I did not go to another CVS to fill my 3rd prescription. Debi read more
