They still have ridiculously long wait times for phone calls. Well over an hour in some cases. They constantly mishandle one of my monthly prescriptions EVERY SINGLE TIME. The only reason I'm giving them an extra star is due to the pharmacy employees that actually care and try to help you. If you have options for using a different pharmacy I highly recommend doing so.

I asked them why nobody called to tell me this, as I do not have consistent transportation...and they completely lost it. My son's doctor heard them screaming over the phone! Extremely unprofessional and should be cause for dismissal but I suspect CVS corporate support this behavior to cover up the fact their having financial issues this I know due to the lack of common medication in stock and then taking days to fill prescription. When my Dr orders a prescription he wants me to immediately start taking them and not a week later when CVS gets around to filling it. Disgraceful and unprofessional behavior and CVS needs to be looked at closely by the DEA. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I know what you're thinking... ew, kale. As a kale non-lover myself, the salad isn't overwhelmed by kale & also contains plenty of cheese tortellini (about 1/3 of the salad), pieces of parmesan as well as shredded & sun dried tomatoes. It has a lovely, tasty, slightly lemony dressing already on it (not tart, with a slight sweetness) & since kale isn't a fragile leaf like lettuces, it's never wilted. Bonus is since kale is so dense & filling, there's enough for 2 people or meals. * But, I mostly updated the review to tell people that they are currently offering membership for $15 for the YEAR for a basic membership or $50 for the YEAR for a plus membership. I do not know if this special is store specific or across all Sam's stores & I neglected to ask about an expiration on the deal so I'd move on it or call your local outlet, if interested. Mainly what I see of plus benefits is you can shop 1-hr earlier than anyone else, from 8-9am 7-days/wk & a you get 2-3% cashback up to $750/yr on varying purchases rather than 1% basic members receive. I know those who have plus only cuz they want to shop at 8am to get in & out like a cat burglar. You also can take advantage of free delivery, curb p/u & shipping, if that matters to you & there are also some discounts at tire & battery & pharmacy beyond what basic members receive. Very disappointing first experience at the Panama City Beach Sam's Club…read more My wife and I went to Membership Services because I had left my phone at home, and she did not have access to my membership on her phone. When we approached the desk, Yanique was scrolling on her personal phone with a pink case. She did not acknowledge us for more than 10 seconds, and I eventually had to say hello just to get her attention. When I explained that I needed a physical membership card, she immediately gave us a hard time and said they do not like issuing physical cards anymore. She then claimed the machine was broken and essentially told us we were out of luck. When I calmly asked what other options we had because we could not shop without accessing our paid membership, she told me to "calm down." It was not until another employee clocked in beside her that Yanique finally moved to another computer. Our card was printed and ready within two minutes, proving that there had been a simple solution the entire time. Throughout the interaction, she was rude, dismissive, and acted as though helping us was an inconvenience. My wife and I recently moved here from Tampa, and nearly everyone we have encountered in Panama City Beach has been friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, this was our first visit to this Sam's Club, and the person working at Membership Services could not even greet us or make a reasonable effort to help.
