You will have to physically go down to the pharmacy to speak with the staff. I am moving all my prescriptions to a small pharmacy, that cares and actually answers the phone. This last instance was I ordered my monthly medication, and the order was accepted. I was supposed to pick it up today and had not received a phone call, so I decided to check their website. The prescription fill was cancelled 2 days ago. No phone call - not even an automated one - , no contact at all so that I could have my prescription filled somewhere else. Now I will go for a few days without my medication. I am glad it's not a crucial medication that I would die without it.
