My 77 yr old mother fell down the stairs and broke her shoulder in two places. my stepdad went to get her "weaker" Norco, and was treated horribly. They weren't going to fill it. The pharmacist quote was."oh , If she takes these she'll fall over ". how rude! what a complete joke. years ago she was on Morphine. So her weak little Norco is nothing compared to that, and we know it. You idiots think you know it all. You DO NOT. I'm sick and tired of PHARMISTS PLAYING GOD.!! would any of YOU want to see your mother in PAIN?! And use manners if you want to work with people! Nothing short of PATHETIC. SIC unempathetic people. I was super excited today to find this limited-edition KitKat in gingerbread-flavored cream. Not sure how I had missed it this entire holiday season, but I'm glad I found it in this CVS on the tail end of the holiday season. And the best part was Christmas was just over, so the item was 50% off - heck yeah! This store had a huge parking lot, so parking wasn't an issue at all. And when I was there, the staff seemed very friendly and they greeted me inside the store, which was always a plus. The store looked pretty organized, neat and tidy; and the store seemed pretty well-stocked with products. So, overall I liked my experience today shopping at this store :) read more

Just there a Bt. 6:00pm 4-10-23 and worker filling chips A crossed from frozen section and every time I try to look at what I wanted to buy she kept walking by and filling stuff on the other side and I walk with a cane she did it like four times I finally left the aisle and went other places to look around and then when I cashed out at the do it yourself cashier she had to walk through me instead of walking on the other side out the door and didn't even say excuse me how rude are people getting today she has black hair and ponytail wearing a red shirt and a long black sweaterand maybe CVS will say something to her I doubt it read more

Let me start by saying I sat down and wrote a letter to corporate and mailed it this week. Contemplating having prescriptions transferred. Parking lot is a disaster zone. Litter is present every time I visit the store. Sidewalks crumbling on west side of building and no parking lines present. It's a free for all to park. Huge crater of pot holes at driveway entrance off of 7 mile! This whole business is an eyesore in our community of prideful Livonia. read more

Honestly this pharmacy needs to be trained so everyone is on the same page. I had one girl who said she could help me no problem with a billing issue. I had to call back and I basically was told they couldn't help me anymore though that's not what I was told the first time. I tried to call again only to be told completely different reason why I couldn't be helped. I will be switching my pharmacy as they aren't consistent or reliable. read more

I finally got around to dropping off a disposable camera that had been sitting around forever. My sister used to get film developed in 2 days, so after 3 weeks I called the store to see if my pictures were ready. They were all "why are you calling after only 3 weeks?" Who knew it took longer than that now? I decided to call back again and see how it's going. The lady that answered the phone said, "yeah I see you dropped it off in February, but it never came back. The person in charge of film comes in at 3. What's your number so we can call you back then?" I went into the store today to see what the story is. I let 3 people pass me in line just so I could speak with the guy that looked like the manager. As I approached the register, the cashier had a name tag which confirmed my suspicion that he was indeed the manager if we ignore the small probability that he may have been wearing another team member's name tag. I gave him he run down. Told him that after 4 or 5 days, I hadn't received the phone call I'd been promised. He asked for my receipt which I neglected to bring. But he found my name in some film log that they kept and said that the film hadn't come back yet. He told me that he tells people that the post office can lose film. If he isn't comfortable selling a service that his store charges for, why aren't his employees trained to dissuade consumers from using the service? Anyhow, the answer is to give me a phone number to call and see if I can track down my film. Maybe the average person doesn't see an issue with this. But in this era of commerce, where we have an innumerable amount of brick & mortar as well as online retailers and service providers, one would think that customer service would be of the highest priority. You'd better believe that I'd be making that phone call for my customer that is already having a bad experience. I hope my luck turns around on this. I'm hoping they didn't just take my film straight to the Smithsonian. read more

Thought I would give CVS on 7 mile & Middlebelt another try. I wanted to buy some Lottery tickets and thought surly they did these for you. WRONG. I got in line and a woman came by that was directing people to self serve registers. I told her I wanted Lottery tickets. She said I would have to get them myself they would not do it for me. The irony in all of this there was a cashier helping someone at the Lottery machine as she was saying this. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. read more

Consistently understaffed. The staff that is there tried hard, but they're set up for failure In long wait times

The people working in pharmacy are extremely childish I've overheard a few pharmacist yes "pharmacist" one of her names is Federica and also another pharmacist "floater Jessica " gossip about the pharmacy technicians with other techs .. it's a lot of cattiness is witnessed and overheard every time I go there it's mostly all women working back there as well. I Wouldn't recommend this location for potential employees or anyone who likes a professional atmosphere read more
