I tried the beaver chips, chicken tenders, and ordered a few different brisket sandwiches. Everything was PHENOMENAL! This is NOT gas station food, it's good ole' fashion Texan cuisine. Oh, and don't forget to grab a drink by the fountain dispenser. They're similar to a big gulp from 7-Eleven but not as diluted. I felt like a child again, I was so happy exploring this store after a long drive. The beaver plushies on the pick-up truck display are adorable. I was a total consumer during my visit. I bought a branded jersey, hat, pressed pennies, a tote, stickers, and magnets! All items had the iconic beaver face on them! If you're looking for wagons, fishing supplies (including bait), cowboy hats, kitchen utensils, and clothing, this store has you covered! It's such a convenient stop, as you can literally buy just about anything here. It's part market, part retail, part rest stop. My experience at the gas pump was easy, I didn't break the bank and parking was accessible. The restrooms are HEAVENLY! Super clean, and each stall has a red/green light to alert you as to which toilets are available. I spotted a staff member stationed in the men's restroom, ready to sanitize. The floor was shiny, not a spot to be seen anywhere. They even had tees and poo-poo spray near the restroom entrances! I had a nice exchange with a cashier girl who helped me get some change for the souvenir penny machines. My other interaction with a different cashier (near the smaller entrance) was a bit awkward. I accidentally left a small box of beaver chips in my cart after paying for the rest of my items and she acted like I was purposefully going to rob the joint. I hadn't even left the building! It was a genuine mistake, she didn't have to be so obnoxious. Overall, I had an A- experience. I'd definitely come back and stuff my face in the parking lot again. Eclectic country environments and zany mascot marketing are guilty pleasures of mine.

I have to coyly admit,I'm a fan! Not just because of the cavernous wonderland that holds everything you need for your automobile tour of the highway. They advertise that they have fried chicken and other things but I haven't tried it out. I stopped in there with my wife the other day so she could grab some milk to take to the house. The brands that they have are national brands mixed in with other brands that I am not familiar with. That is also mixed in with Dollar General items. On the rare occasion I go to a Dollar General, I expect lower quality items at average prices. This felt no different. It's simply DG trying to break into the grocery business. When the pharmacist finally noticed me at the register with another staff member, she dismissively told me to check in on the pad, I explained I only needed allergy medicine she then walked away saying, 'Oh, well, you will just have to wait.' This was hands-down the worst pharmacy experience I've had--rude, unhelpful, and completely avoidable. Avoid if you value basic customer service.

Told them about the text and they just said it was a glitch in the auto reply. No sooner did I get home then I got another text saying it was ready again. Now I have to go back a third time. If I were the manager I would have them stagger their lunches. Closing down even for 30 minutes is ridiculous. Some people have very tight schedules and don't have a lot of options. I am going to be changing that prescription to Walmart. At least they deliver.
