I knew exactly what I wanted and was glad that this CVS has the same layout as my neighborhood CVS, so I was able to find it easily. Then I took a detour through the cosmetics. There were lots of things on sale and clearance and with all those coupons that you get everytime you buy anything from here, I got nail polish that cost all of 79¢.The store was clean and organized. This CVS pharmacy has piss poor customer service! Nick a pharmacy tech is very rude! This isn't the first time he has waited on me. If this kid is unable to give excellent customer service to EVERYONE he waits on he needs to work in a stock room! While speaking to the lead pharmacy tech about Nick's behavior, he walks by and finds it amusing! And CVS "store manger" gives the same poor response, "They're not apart of our store." For the moment at least, this CVS is open 24 hours and that's awesome. I managed to - again - run out of contact lens fluid. Into this store to find the samples and travel area but there was none stocked there. The eye care aisle had them, priced a little high but in stock. Wow! This is one of the nicest CVS's I have ever been in. It was super clean and the lay-out was different and had a very easy flow for shopping and finding your needs. Best of all, it's open 24 hours and the staff is polite and friendly. That's a double win. read more

Horrible service! Since CVS took over from Schnucks the level of customer services has dropped significantly! The drive thru window is rarely open. You don't know until you arrive to pick up your order if you will have to get out of your car and walk in to pick up your prescription. They almost never answer the phone anymore. I have been a customer at this location for 20 years. I am done! I am switching to a near by pharmacy that has an open drive thru window! read more

How in the world can this CVS possibly have ANY, I mean ANY positive ratings?? The store is fine but we have to use CVS pharmacy for our prescription insurance and it is utterly disgraceful. They are completely unreliable--We get notifications that meds are ready and they are not. Staff is very rude. You can stand and wait forever while multiple workers are too busy to bother. They acknowledge the phone system/texts don't accurately reflect the actual availability of our prescriptions, but no apologies, just a disgusted suggestion to call the main office. It's not once in a while, it is consistently this way. We know never to trust our texts or what they say on the phone. Same experience for all members of our household. You'd have to work at it to be this bad. Wish I could switch back to Walgreens. They are always wonderful and on top of things. read more

I am sick and tired of going to CVS Kirkwood on Manchester Rd after work and the drive-thru is closed because they don't have enough people working there. Maybe I need to start going to Walgreens. It might cost more, but at least the drive-through will be open. read more

The store is brand new so the building is very nice! The location, however, is rather difficult to access from Manchester Road, though not completely impossible. They have a wide selection of items and everything is full. I've never walked in to see an empty shelf or spot. Still, there are quite a few things this store lacks. Every employee I've spoken to has been nice enough, though a few more smiles wouldn't hurt. While I can't complain too much about my visit, the thing that would keep me from coming back is just the access to the building. Making a left into the lot from Manchester road could take some time and might give the faint of heart a heart attack. When I'm able, I just visit the location closer to my home. I only come to this one when I need to. read more

If you are looking to get COVID testing at this or any minute clinic STAY AWAY! they are processing tests very slowly. I was told I would have my results in two days but it has now been 7. I have called multiple times because I now am facing consequences at work, and each time they say I will have results 24 hours. lies. there, Yassir said he would text when the Rx was ready. 1 hour later, nothing. Someone else came to the window finally after buzzing and said that Yassir had left, dropped all his stuff in process, and had been watching TV! My husband was furious, and I was close to panicking, since it had been more than an hour. Yassir had done nothing, the new person took maybe 10 minutes to actually fill the Rx and check out my husband. We changed from two other CVS pharmacies for similar attitudes and terrible customer service, it's unlikely we will stay with this CVS either, ir maybe CVS at all! SHAME! read more

I just returned from a trip to this CVS where I wanted to exchange a package of Crystal Light "Raspberry Lemonade" I had purchased not 24 hours earlier for a package of Crystal Light "Lemonade". I had the original receipt and the bag full of items I had purchased yesterday. For what should have been a very simple switch-out (identical product - different flavor), I had to use my debit card all over again to take that item off the old receipt. Then the clerk informed me because I had bought the original purchase with a coupon I would have to pay over $2.00 extra (the full price of the product) to make the exchange. When I got angry and demanded to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. After telling me that CVS had changed their return policy 2 months ago, I said sarcastically I never received notification that CVS had changed their stupid policy. As I got louder and angrier, he eventually offered to credit my debit card for the difference. BUT I seriously doubt he would have made that offer if I hadn't vehemently objected to this SCAM. Also there were a few people in line witnessing this whole heated exchange. I will never ever shop at this or any other CVS pharmacy ever again. They made a very simple process into a major inconvenience for absolutely NO reason. That is abominable customer relations. I hope a senior executive at CVS reads this review and instructs their retail staff to treat customers as if they wanted repeat business instead of alienating us forever over the exchange of an IDENTICAL item! read more
