This Pharmacy appears quite clean and all the Halloween paraphernalia was up and running. I cruised down most of the aisles to browse, pretty displays. But between you and I, the real reason why I came in here was to use the facilities. Haha. It seems quite busy as I sit here for 15 min near the front entrance to give you some insight. I asked one of the patrons what he felt about the place. He's been living in this town for years and has come here for the past 15 years, never had any problems. PS the facilities were clean.

The next day she went to an orthopedic surgeon who said it was ridiculous that they fit her with a child's boot. He fit her for the proper boot which also happened to be less than half the price of the Sun Ray one. We tried to return the boot that she had for less than 24 hours and they refused to give her a refund. The owner was very unpleasant and unprofessional and refused to accept any responsibility for fitting and selling her a childs boot. They told me to wait because someone would definitely turn it in. Remember the ice cream? I waited as long as I could, then left my number to call me if they got it. I drove the 7 miles home and received a call immediately that the phone had been turned in. So I drove the 7 miles back. I agree with Bruce P. that their customer service is like being in hell. They could have just made the announcement for me and saved my time and gas. (BTW the CS woman said making an announcement wouldn't have helped because it was found in a cart in the parking lot. My cart was left at the door and had the announcement been made when I asked, it would still have been in the store.)
