I come to this CVS a lot. Sometimes it's the drive thru, sometimes I go in the store. The weekday mornings are the last busiest times for the drive thru. Anything in the afternoon you're going to be there for a minute or sometimes it's even four cars deep if you need some time to peruse on your phone before you get your kids. As for the store, it's not usually packed except when the middle school across the street gets out. Then it's pandemonium and there are pre teens littered all around. Store has two self pay machines so things move at a decent pace but I would prefer they moved faster. Waiting inside is even longer unfortunately during busy times. The staff is definitely working really hard and I appreciate them for that. Also there's a mix of clientele there so it's good to remember to be patient with the older folk, who are usually the people that frequent the pharmacy. read more

Staff are unhelpful, unkind and incredibly sharp tongued. Bottom line? Be afraid to ask questions and be afraid to ask for help, they will sigh, LOUDLY, will roll their eyes, and be upset you didn't already commit the layout of their store to memory every time they move things around, or if you need help with a machine. Literally had a woman smack her teeth at me and tell me just to "I don't know. figure it out." and walk off rubbing her temples like she had a headache. My only question was "How does the photo machine work?" Never met a saleswoman so rude before. She took the cake from whoever last held it. read more

I don't have any issues with the inside of this CVS store, I've always been able to find what I need just fine. But I do want to share my experience with the outside of the store, so that others may be aware. It might be because its so close to the freeway, but I always feel unsafe here when I come after dark. Almost every time I do, I am approached by someone asking for money, when I am leaving or returning to my car. There is no parking in front of the door, only along the sides where no one in the store can see you, so its very easy for someone to approach your car and no one notice. I just want anyone who goes here after dark to be safe & aware! read more

I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I have never had an issue with this location until a month ago. I have a regular prescription I pick up but for some reason there was some miscommunication between my doctor and this pharmacy. After I get the prescription fixed, for 3 days, they kept telling me my medication was out of stock. Did not seem interested to get it in stock for me. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a months supply. And a pharmacist told me she would put an order in. I come back in 2 weeks and it's still not in stock. Pharmacist didn't care and was talking to me across the room. She puts in another order and says to come back in an hour. An hour later, I get a call saying they do not supply it anymore. I need to find a different location. WHY NOT TELL ME THAT 2 WEEKS AGO? Instead I went off my med for a couple days, felt sick for a week, paid $25 for medication my insurance covers, and now have to pick up from a location nowhere near my house. Absolutely unacceptable!!! read more

The regular female pharmacist there is amazing. She's always very thorough when dispensing prescriptions and checking for drug interactions. She explains all the possible side effects and always answers my question. Glad to use her as my pharmacist! read more

What the heck? Had to stop and use the restroom and would've had better luck going to a gas station bathroom. Filthy, graffiti covered and looked cursed. I would normally expect better from a CVS. Y'all couldn't be bothered to clean the restroom and perhaps get someone to paint over the graffiti? read more

This location is a JOKE. My husband and I stopped by Sunday afternoon to pick up some plan ol' playing cards and we couldn't find them. So my husband asked the girl working the front she said she didn't know... did not even offer to call someone up who may know. Luckily we found someone who was will to help . Unfortunately, we have not had good experiences at this store recently. It used to be my favorite CVS. Just now, I was in line and the cashier was sitting in a chair at the end of the counter. She then said "use self checkout" and went and sat back down (not helping a customer, working on photos...just sitting). You can't make this stuff up...then she was put out when the self checkout would not register two light-weight easter toys, so she had to come clear the self-checkout flag so I could continue to check myself out. After, she proceeded to go and sit back down. Please CVS...go back to the friendly, helpful store you used to be! Good news is that the Walgreens near 18th and TC Jester is amazing! read more

Upon checking out at CVS, their system would not pull up our Extra Care Card info with our phone number. Even though the card number is printed on the coupon I had in hand. The clerk was very polite. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager, named Tiffany, walked over briefly spoke with the clerk, said "un-uh" and rudely stormed off. Never looking or acknowledging me. I would not use CVS for our prescriptions if I wasn't required to for our insurance. read more

The manager here, Bianca is very unhappy. I had an order pickup for a photo. I received an email at 11:32 am that my photos were ready. I got to the store around 2 and my photos were not ready. The girl at the front called for the manager, Bianca. Bianca printed out the photo (did not acknowledge me or apologize for the inconvenience) and I left. I got home looked at the photo and it was not printed out correctly. I did not look at the photo at the store because I was in a rush with a baby on my hip. ( Photos should have been ready) That evening I returned asking for a refund. I would not pay for a photo that was not done correctly. Granted, it was only $4.00. Bianca told me that because the system had the photo like that on the machine they could only offer store credit. At this point I was frustrated because of the inconvenience. I'm not sure how someone who has an attitude the entire time I interacted with her can be a manager. read more

I won't go into too many details on what exactly happened, but the pharmacy department went above and beyond to make sure I was able to fulfill the prescription I needed even with a significant amount of complications. They went out of their way to call many pharmacies in the area to find a place that had the medication and told them that I needed it that night (which was just a few hours from close.) They could have just said "sorry this won't work" but instead they problem solved and really cared that I could get my medication as soon as possible. I was very thankful and impressed with their caring. read more

Altho I do agree that at nite, It mite be a bit uncomfortable for some, (panhandlers, homeless in the area), but I have had no issues negatively there. I find that the Pharmacy and assistants are very nice and helpful. I changed all my scripts from CVS on Tidwell and 59 to this one because Tidwell was so rude and slow. I'll never go back there even tho it's 1/2 mile from my house. N.Loop CVS even helped me with discounts on meds. that I did not know about. Everyone can have a bad day and come across negative, but I have yet to have one here. read more
