Pharmacy is a joke. They just close the window with people waiting and don't even think to say anything. No signs up either

What a person is how I want to start this off! I travel a lot unfortunately and just so happened to leave my medicine in Texas. I ran out here in Florida and became increasingly dizzy. Note to self-don't stop medicine cold turkey. I knew my prescription wasn't ready for a refill but I was desperate! I went to this CVS and met Pharmacist Jaden. I told him my dilemma and he went out of his way to get me help and some temp meds. That kind of service is what makes me believe in Mankind!. Thanks to Jaden and CVS! Give that man a raise!!! read more

If I c could rate them a zero I would. This is the rudest pharmacy I've ever been in. The one pharmacist refused to fill one of my prescriptions because it's a narcotic, and when my daughter saw how upset I was, (I came home and told her the pharmacist refused to look at me, and he loudly said he'd never fill my prescription) she called the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist, and that pharmacist proceeded to tell her that I am an effing liar, and I'm just a drug seeker I tried to speak to them in order to give them a little bit of my background as to why I had to take a narcotic. They still refused to fill it. My pain management doctor had to call them himself in order to get my prescription filled. It isn't any lof their business as to why I need it, but I felt so ashamed that I had to. I felt I had to explain to them the conditions that I have. It is really ridiculous when patients have cancer, and yes they make you feel less of a person. As I'm writing this I'm just so angry at his rude and judgmental attitude. My daughter called, not me, and the pharmacist gave her my health information. My daughter is an adult, obviously I'm an adult, and they violated HIPPA, by revealing personal information about me. When I try to call to get prescriptions refilled, they hang up on me keep me. Im left on hold and they pick up the phone, just to disconnect me. Today was the last straw. I think I will be calling Morgan and Morgan as my doctor turned the pharmacist into Florida pharmaceutical board. The following month they again treated me horribly and my doctors office manager called them. Pharmacist was rude to her so she called and reported him to the board. I get there are some people that have an addiction to painkillers, but when patients have a true excruciatingly, painful debilitating disease, such as cancer, and that patient who has a terminal illness is made to feel like a homeless, opioid addicted, criminal. As I'm finally putting this on l yelp, it has truly occurred to me that the pharmacist indeed broke HIPPA, not to mention professionalism, and he wanted to know the reason I was taking this prescription. I believe I will be calling Morgan and Morgan, as that pharmacist still works there even though my doctor and his office manager reported him for several inappropriate comments, questioning my health conditions and not only am I going to seek justice from the pharmacy I will also sue the pharmacist in charge, along with CVS itself as many complaints have been made with no resolution. When patients truly are in need of medication, this store won't fill it. I'm so glad I have all the documentation, along w/ the recorded phone call my daughter made. read more

Worst CVS in the history of man! I've been a CVS customer in 3 different states.... If you have another option take it...,

Brain cells are not a requirement to work in that pharmacy. They love to delete scripts then put it back on the customer to fix it instead of owing the screw up. I have had my script deleted at least 3 times and had to drive to the dr office to get a hard copy. I couldn't imagine being this bad at my job. read more

Needed to pop in and grab some decongestant before we hit the road for Tampa, and this was on the way. It was Valentine's day and there was one cashier on. While standing on line - 4 deep at this point, she finally called for help, by the time the help arrived, the line was 8 people deep. Frankly, they seem either understaffed or don't really care about how their customer service is perceived. Over all, CVS has everything, except tobacco, and can be found quite reasonably. read more

the CVS in New Port Riches (Holiday) has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I have been trying to refill one of my scripts for almost 3 weeks. I get a different story every time I call. This prescription has been transferred to Sams Club, no refills contacting Drs office. I can go on and on about the lies I have been told. This script is necessary to take every day! they did give me 3 pills to hold me over! I have spoken to management who have told me it would be taken care of. Its never happened! I have had them give me the wrong dosages on prescriptions! I have given up. I see the Dr tomorrow thank God! I also have changed pharmacies. I have left several more messages for so called management at corporate headquarters. we will see what tomorrow brings! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! This medication takes weeks to get back in your system and has caused a lot of health issues! read more

This is a terrible store with employees who could not care less about helping customers. Even the discount coupons I get in the mail aren't enough to get me in more than absolutely necessary. Perfect example: I went in because I read they had received the N95 masks, but I could not locate them. I went up to the cashier, who was walking away from the register, and asked where I might find them. Without speaking (or smiling), she went behind the counter and handed me 3 masks. I said, "thank you," but she probably didn't hear me because she was more interested in walking away before I asked for something else. This is the closest pharmacy to my house, but I drive past it and go to another one where the employees actually ask the customers how they are doing and if they can help. read more

This pharmacy is so understaffed and overworked it's not even funny. The turnaround time for RX's is awful! One of the techs does not speak English very well and to compound the problem, trying to understand them behind a mask and a plate glass window is virtually impossible. Very sad! read more

Drug store side is nice and they are prompt with their service in filling prescriptions. They also sell pretty much everything from as seen on tv items to food and tourist stuff. Staff is helpful and you can find some deals on items if you pay attention to their sales. read more

MARK M. 11 23 16 Needed a prescription filled went to drive through sign said closed due to power outage I live in holiday no outage. Went inside the person in front of me did not get their prescription and called pharmacist a liar and left. I gave her my prescription she said they were out of that. and was not sure when I could get it. Horrible drug store. Went to fill my prescription today. Under our health plan, generic prescriptions cost $4.00. The pharmacists rang it up, took a look at my insurance card, and said my medicine (WHICH I NEED VERY BADLY!) cost $55.00! Now, according to the insurance company, my premium was already paid up for this month. The pharmacists said I was in a grace period, which I know for a fact I'm not! These people are jerks, and will not do anything to help you. They certainly didn't even try doing anything to help me. I will never go to this pharmacy again. The pharmacists on Moog Rd. are much more helpful, and actually care about their patients. read more
