This CVS is busier than what I'm used to in other areas; however, they appeared to be well staffed. Unfortunately, one of the staff members, Marlen, ignored and dismissed our request for assistance at the photo center. When we explained that the printer was out of paper, we were told, "Well, then it's not working." When her coworker told her to call the manager to help us, she instead slowly taped up a box that would later sit while we continued to wait for assistance. She then curtly told us to wait which we were patiently doing all along. After repeated requests, the manager finally came and appeared to be unaware of how long we were waiting or what just transpired. We gave him a quick update, and he assured us that he would have a discussion with her. Marlen continued to dart her eyes in our direction while we were there. The manager printed our pictures and personally checked us out at the register. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience; and although the manager was helpful, I will not be returning to this location again. I can purchase the same products in a different environment where my money may be better appreciated.

The pharmacy drive through isn't 24 hours so you'll need to arrive before 9:30 in order to claim your meds. It's on a major intersection in Hialeah so spotting it isn't difficult. At times, the lines can get long especially when it's pouring rain which is completely understandable. Arriving with ample time takes the stress away from missing their hours of operation. Most of the Pharmaceutical staff is fluent in Spanish so I know my grandmother is being contacted in her language and thankfully can communicate with them in her language. There's a few pharmacies in this area but this one works the best for her and makes it easy to get what we need and keep on with our day-even during later hours.
