ZERO STARS. STAY AWAY. The pharmacy's horrendous. There's ALWAYS a minimum half hour wait, wether you're standing there alone staring at the counter, outside in the car with one car ahead of you or waiting for them for pick up the phone for an hour and a half. You could wait 45 minutes and they just hang up and you have to start all over. Multiple times that's happened to me. Oh and guess what, when you finally do get to them, they're rude and of absolutely no use. They've gotten my prescription wrong several times and refused to fix it or acknowledge they messed up all while making ME run around back and forth between doctors offices to fix their mistake. To come back to them with their ridiculous wait times just to tell me the same bullshit in a different color. I'm on day 4 without my epilepsy medication because they refuse to acknowledge my prescription exists. But who cares right? read more

I've been to this particular cvs a couple of times. The store itself is fairly clean and organized. The young girl up front was extremely helpful. The pharmacy area is utter chaise to say the least. They are understaffed, I waited in the drive thru window for 15 min till somebody final showed up and told me to give them a minute. So 5 mins later she showed up. I gave her my prescription. When she came back she informed me they didn't have the pills. I've found that all cvs for the most part have very poor customer service. read more

-1 start if it was possible . The lines a ridiculous here . You would think they would stop and attend the customers then go back to packing pills but nooo they leave people waiting 30-40 min in line to then say they don't have the medicine or to stand to the side and wait another 20-30 min. Very poor management here. Currently have 6 people waiting in line talking about taking their money elsewhere because of poor customer service. read more

this is the worst pharmacy ever... not only do they ignore you when you go and IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET A MEDICINE, but if you call you will be on that phone 20 minutes and THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I really have no idea how CVS does not check on the service pharmacies provide. The pharmacy here is incredibly slow and they aren't even that busy. They do not acknowledge you when you get there and will literally ignore you when you are there. For a simple medication that they don't even have to count they will tell you to wait 2 hours or more which is ridiculous. read more

The employees were great. However, one employee had to man the photo section, in addition to the line. Mind you, this was during somewhat peak hours, does 9ish on a Friday count? I only found two associates working, at the time of my purchase. Also, many shoppers frequent this store with multiple coupons making an "in & out" run, virtually impossible. Customer service will continue to take a hit as long as they try to cut corners with labor. Suck it up and get associates in there. read more

My wife attempted to get passport photos from CVS. We actually needed a digital copy. The employee said he could not provide a digital photograph because it was illegal. Clearly he lied! It's NOT illegal to take someone's photograph and give them the digital photograph. It seemed that every CVS we went to, the employee provided a different excuse as to why they could not provide the digital copy. To be clear, this is simply taking a photograph and then putting the photograph in a disk. We finally, after speaking with 6 CVS' an employee provided what we asked. In conclusion, it appears that either the employees are lazy, dishonest or ignorant to their own policies. We will no longer use CVS for anything. read more

Unbelievably slow. There's no point of going through the drive in, since they're slower than the inside. The representative didn't speak English, only Spanish. On top of that she gave me false information, said the medication was not available, which it was. She then told me she meant to say that the medication won't be covered by the insurance. Way off. The supervisor then spoke to me and told me she got confused because she's new. How???? Anyway. Won't be coming back here, will continue to go to Walgreens. read more

This pharmacy is a joke. The manager doesn't know anything, he takes for ever to do the simplest things. I just left the drive through after waiting for more than 20 mins and the guy in the car on the window was fighting with the manager cause he couldn't do anything right. I hate it when that man is there. I'll definitely switch to another pharmacy because it looks like they are anything but pharmacist. read more
