Overall, terrible experience. Do not go here.

When I say usually, the times this location lacks efficiency are generally when there is a manager near the checkout area. Managers need to coach and talk to employees when the checkout line is NOT backed up. Let the friendly, efficient ginger-headed man do his consistently awesome job! No need to distract him! I search the website for coupons and always find one. I frequently have some CVS rewards cash to apply to purchases, too. Parking is good here although it gets hectic during busy times such as Friday and Saturday mid-day. I purchase Zarbee's Elderberry syrup here. I had it just in time to fight the flu! And I also purchase Preservision here because the digital coupons save more than elsewhere. Stay healthy, fellow Yelpers and shoppers! Keep this CVS in mind for your needs!

Today we purchased stuffed clams, crab cakes, and a large salmon fish head. We roasted the fish head spiced with fresh parsley, curry, salt, pepper, dill, and lemon juice along with heirloom tomatoes. See photo for picture. Yes, the salmon head was enough for two at lunchtime. We loved it! We are having the crab cakes and stuffed clams tonight. The seafood department is a favorite of ours, but let's not forget about others at this fine store. Fresh produce is always just as they claim--fresh! The selection is broad. The meat and deli departments are noteworthy--varied cuts of beef, poultry selection galore, sliced cheeses/meats, and unique salads. Note that homemade shrimp salad is at the seafood counter. Does Mother Theresa even bare a passing resemblance to Jon Hamm? Okay, yeah - maybe - a little bit. The lines are always long, and it seems like the employees would rather cut themselves open and bleed out in front of you than open another register. Their saving grace is the woman from cosmetics - who at least seems to have a handle on the fact that she is indeed working for a company and selling goods to people in a store. My fat roommate who wears the robe also hates this Walgreens, but won't say why - I can't imagine the horrors he must have endured here, if he's being tight lipped about his experience. My dog even hates the Walgreen brand dog snacks, and Mocha (the dog) once ate a carrot off the kitchen floor.

Approximately 35-40 people at 5:00ish. The entire line was waiting for self checkout because there wasn't one register with a checkout employee open! I did not have time to wait another half an hour to self checkout. I left my cart in line and headed out of the store. I saw one young employee trying to monitor the self checkout. I tried to call the store on my way home several times to let them know I left my cart. No one ever answered the phone. I won't be back to this location. It's a an unorganized train wreck with barely any employees and poor customer service. Not a manager in sight.
