No one should feel scared or ashamed to show a passport when is literally an universal ID. If could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience for a Christmas Eve. Higher cash bills to pay, oh no can't do that, they don't have change, ever it seems. Call and make sure they have your script and are filling it 3 hrs before you go to pick up; and they still don't a have it ready when you arrive, this is the place for you if you like to sit and wait on them. Call in a script to the automated system on a weekend - don't do that here, because they still won't check and order the meds on the Monday to have them for Tuesday when you need them, you're just expecting too much of this business doing that. Whew, and I haven't even gotten into the drive thru. Can we say cluster mess. I'm not talking once or twice with this scenario, this one has happened more than 5 times.. You're script isn't ready even though you called to make sure ahead of time, too bad, here's a buzzer drive around get back in the 7-10 car deep drive thru and wait again for over 30 minutes while we continue to try and get it together. Seriously, and then they get annoyed and flabbergasted when you say no, you aren't doing that. Ha, it's now somehow my fault and I'm being sent to the back of the line to wait even longer, I don't think so. Have to call days in advance because they don't stock your meds and they have to order every time - just go somewhere else, probably anywhere else would be better than here if that's the case. This place lost the small town family feel several years ago. Many times there is no line inside, yet it still takes a long time for anyone to acknowledge you. I have sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes and had to knock on the window, only to have employees look directly at me and still say nothing. When someone finally comes to help, they often have an attitude and simply say you have to wait. What makes it worse is that multiple customers waiting in line complain about the same thing while we are all standing there being ignored. They often have 3-5 employees working in the pharmacy, yet no one can take two seconds to acknowledge a customer or simply say they will be with us shortly. The service feels intentionally slow and very unprofessional. The main pharmacist is fully aware because she can hear customers complaining, yet nothing changes and the behavior continues. This location seriously needs better management and basic customer service training. Very frustrating and unacceptable experience.

You don't get a lot of frills as far as... you can refill from an app etc...like you can with some big name pharmacies and they don't have night hours etc, but the personal service you get is fantastic. You can talk directly to the pharmacist even from the window and they are always very quick and efficient.
