EACH TIME, CVS either lies about when it's ready or lies about 'oh, we didn't get the orders.' Funny...they got the order for the OTHER meds the doc sent, and I called the doc BACK and they sent it in a SECOND time and the doctor CONFIRMED it. I sent them a note saying to quit lying about it; the doc's done sent it TWICE. Their response? They blocked my online account. REAL PROS, huh? "Let's lie to victims of violent crime and upset them and when we piss 'em off, just block 'em online. Yeah yeah! That's what we'll do!" ...so that's exactly what they did. I'll have to pay more someplace else I'm sure, but that money's going to people who can actually do their jobs, which is to fill prescriptions. Today, I had an issue with the count of one of my medications and so I called the head pharmacist, Lacy, and she assisted me extremely professionally. She went out of her way to access the security cameras that showed the pharm. techs. Counting my medication. Less than 20 mins later I had a call to verify that they had correctly counted my meds. This was very reassuring. It was only 1 pill, but it's the principle. I was extreamly happy they were able to put my mind at ease. It was my mistake. I must have dropped one in the store upon taking my medication. Thank you. I would have given 5 stars, but the tech I spoke with to refil my script on the phone last night was extremely abrupt and very rude. The excuse that they are "slammed" is not an acceptable excuse. I have worked retail, vet. Care, and been "slammed", but not once have I let my manners slip. Lovely pharmacist Andy I appreciate the help she provided today.

Wal-Mart, Irby Street, Florence, SC has the WORST customer service desk in the Universe…read more I have had many negative experiences at this Walmart, however, tonight takes the cake! Long story short, I entered the store @ 6:57 pm. I went to the customer desk where Ms. Letha Presscoot, was the associate on duty. She is truly the model and definition of poor customer service. She gave unsolicited rudeness and a poor attitude! There were no customers in line, she was texting on her cell phone, and it was evident she was not busy (management could review the security video to verify what I was saying was true), so I don't understand the cause for her to feel entitled to speak to customers rudely. I explained to Ms. Presscout that I wanted to pay on my Sam's Club credit card. She replied in an unprofessional tone, "You need to make that payment at Money Services, and they are closed. I replied, "I know Money Services is closed, however, I know you can pay your Sam's card at any register (as I held up my card to show her)". Then she looked at me with an attitude to say, "I am going to take your payment, this time, but I am not going to do it again". I replied, "Nevermind", then went looking for the manager. Mr. Lance, the Front End coach, listened to my complaint and understood what I was saying, which resulted in, the both of us returning to the customer service desk, where he took my payment. What is upsetting, as a paying customer, why would you (an associate/employee) think I need you to do me a favor, as opposed to doing your job? With associates like Letha Prescott with the combination of poor sales, and ongoing poor customer service performance within the company, it's no wonder that Walmart is going down in sales.
