I went through this last time and contacted the district manager, Jason, who says on his voicemail he is located in Columbia. This time I have had horrible pain and nausea and have been diagnosed with a collapsed left colon, and already have several other illnesses connected to my autonomic neuropath. Justin told me he only had access to the CVSs at Florence, Darlington, and Hartsville. So I asked how Jason could be District Manager and located in Columbia then. I asked Jason to call me back and gave him my phone number. He has not called me back to explain this and he and CVS on Irby Street's Justin have hung me out to dry. Ladies and gentlemen this is not doxxing them because this is their business songs and CVS needs to learn customer service. CVS Irby Street's number is (843) 665-4175 and CVS District Manager Jason's Business Number is (706 ) 513-9929. I would like to remind them that putting out any of my information would be doxxing because I am a private citizen who simply expected good service from CVS and not only didn't get it from the store, I did not get it from. Today, I had an issue with the count of one of my medications and so I called the head pharmacist, Lacy, and she assisted me extremely professionally. She went out of her way to access the security cameras that showed the pharm. techs. Counting my medication. Less than 20 mins later I had a call to verify that they had correctly counted my meds. This was very reassuring. It was only 1 pill, but it's the principle. I was extreamly happy they were able to put my mind at ease. It was my mistake. I must have dropped one in the store upon taking my medication. Thank you. I would have given 5 stars, but the tech I spoke with to refil my script on the phone last night was extremely abrupt and very rude. The excuse that they are "slammed" is not an acceptable excuse. I have worked retail, vet. Care, and been "slammed", but not once have I let my manners slip. Lovely pharmacist Andy I appreciate the help she provided today.

Candy, my Shepherd as only she would looked at the end Pieces in my hand, then at the box, then at me and she walked away. Maybe it's just me but I heard no fanfare or decision from the Arkansas family to replace 2 regular bags of bacon strips with " clear freezer like bags of ends and pieces" Why was this magic trick played on the loyal Walmart customers and on our pets, without any fanfare? I will say Walmart has added a description at the bottom of the box, calling these; "Chews for Dogs" otherwise the box is unchanged even promoting in pictures " Full Size Quick & Tasty Bacon Strips ", even the caption: " Barkn Bacon Original" Anyone else see the issue with that??
