This is directed dead center on the pharmacy at this location..... I'm writing this review based on the Unprofessionalism of the haggard old lady with the long dishwater grey hair in a braid... Her demeanor was condescending as she matter of factly told me that they basically close down the pharmacy whenever they want to make sure they don't miss a second of their lunch....as she walked out to her car with an armful of goodies probably pilfered from the location. All the while glaring at me for questioning the validity of a pharmacy that clearly is over staffed...(I saw at least 5 people in the lab) yet still has to shut down for lunch... ?? I wondered about the 80 year old lady that they just slammed the curtain door on and basically said, "you just stand there for 30 minutes.... Bottom line is... never will I or anyone in my family be subjected to that sub par level of service or that grizzled up old piece of shoe leather they have working there.... Really poor service. Have never been to this location before, but it's near my house after moving back to this area. For some ridiculous reason Walgreens is closed on Sundays, so I had my prescription sent here. Mind you, I'm sick and miserable. So I call the store, explain myself, and she goes off and presumably finds my prescription, comes back on and tells me that the pharmacist is just now doing a vaccination but can get to it next, today. It's 2:30pm. So I tell her I want to come to the drive through, because I'm weak and sick and miserable, after 4:30 it should be ready. Oh yes she says. I pull up at 5:22, after waiting behind two other cars, one puffing cigarette smoke out the window in front of me like a coal fired locomotive (gee, I wonder why THAT lady is sick?!), the window attendant asks for my name twice, birthday, comes back and tells me she can find nothing for me. I tell her it was called in, and I called and talked to someone here already, who assured me she found it and I was good to go after 4:30. "Well it's on the voice mail apparently and the pharmacist hasn't gotten to those yet." Ma'am, I called in and this was covered already, as I didn't want to go through all this, so what's the point of calling. "Well that wasn't me, but the pharmacist has it now, so if you want to come inside and wait (and cough all over the whole store?), or come back, she can work on it now." Its a freaking zpack and some cough medicine. This store is incompetent. I call, wait and navigate a phone tree to talk to the pharmacy, to get someone who can't do her job, then someone at the window who doesn't care either. Way to torture sick customer. Make them all wait! Pathetic. oh this i read more

I left a bad review for them a while back. I probably should make this a 3 star, but since they've improved a good bit since that terrible visit and I had to try them again because their evil corporate rivals just up the street have demonstrated nothing but incompetence since they were taken over by the now bankrupt 800 pound gorilla. So I guess we need CVS to stick around a little longer. read more

Fast and friendly service. The prices on medications seem to be lower than the other pharmacies. I realize insurance plays a role in that, but CVS has been the cheapest for me. read more

I do have to say CVS is one of the better pharmacies and drug stores of the bigger brands. However their customer service agents or cashier's are very rude and do not care about the customer all they care about is getting that paycheck. Which one you work in any customer service job you have to care about the customers wrong not just the payday read more

I do not recommend this company. While in the rehab, I was told they would take care of the…read moreequipment delivery. The rehab ordered the wrong shower chair so I called the next data to return it for a transfer bench. The delivery man said the if anything was not correct we could return equipment. While on the call I was told by the representative that I could not return it and they were sticking with the shower chair and the bill. To make matter worse they charge me $195 for a commode chair that literally sells for as low as $30 on Amazon. I called and tied to negotiate with a fair offer and they said that they don't negotiate. This is called price gouging at it finest. To make matters worse, I received an update bill stating that I owe the $50 for the shower chair or it was going to collections. I was not home when the equipment was deliver nor did I see the pricing sheet while in rehab. Medical Supply is a real racket. Nothing like taking advantage of those who are barely able to function and leave it in the hands of other who don't really care what you are charged. Do yourself and anyone else that is in this type of situation either physically, mentally or financially and report this type of business practice to your State Attorney General's Office, FTC and any other Consumer Protection Agency to raise awareness and can promote broader investigation!
