Prices are not competitive, there is never enough staff, and may the powers that be help you if you're desperately waiting for a prescription. I'm going to strongly encourage my mom to switch pharmacies. It would be more convenient to drive to the next town than to come back here. It's clear the staff is trying but there is just not enough. Drive thru closes seemingly randomly so don't expect to relax in your car while waiting- that's the exception not the rule... read more

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years, but am now looking for another pharmacy to take my business. The pharmacists used to be so friendly and knew me by name. The pharmacy techs were friendly and helpful too. Now, they are just the opposite, and there has been so much turnover you never know who will be there. The front of the store is even worse. They never smile or greet you. They all apparently hate their jobs and it shows through their horrible customer service. Plus some of the products, like dove soap is locked up and who wants to track down a clerk to help. And when you do track them down, they act like they are doing you a favor, and mad because you interrupted them. I think it all starts with the corporate managers. They don't treat their staff right, so the customers suffer. If all the CVS stores are like this, they are not going to make it. read more

They never answer the phone, you can't speak to anyone in pharmacy, the drive through always has a big ugly orange cone blocking it, I chose this cvs because it had a drive up window, cardiac make it impossible to walk all the way to the back of the store and have to wait in line, I was admitted to the hospital and not able to pick up 3months of insulin and they said I picked it up!!!! No signature proof and I had a very difficult time getting any, now they give me one month at a time and it wasn't my F-up read more

The location was convenient. The employees were kind. The coupon machine worked. I found some chocolate on sale that also earned CVS bucks. There were lots of disinfectant wipes on clearance for 75% off. read more

CVS pharmacy is horrible!! I am going to change ASAP! My prescriptions are never ready!!!!

If I could it be zero stars. The pharmacy is closed alot. It's taken me over a week to get medicine. They do not post online when closed. So drive 15 min. everytime and closed or the last 2 times have not had medicine have to order and wait days. Ridiculous, changing pharmacy, have lost customer. read more

Most people at this branch are nice and helpful but there has been significant turnover in the last few months. Employee I dealt with today was rude, didn't run my scrips through the discount site and ended up costing me over $200 for two prescriptions. I am done using this pharmacy. This is just to give a shout out to my neighborhood pharmacy. I can't believe I'm the first review on yelp. The pharmacy Dept is simply awesome here taking care of all my prescriptions. They will even put together tax information at the end of the year. I purchase an epipen with the discount copay from the company online which makes my total payout $0! Please note that this is not a reflection of the staff and pharmacists who are doing their best but management has squeezed them so tight that it's just the wild wild west in there. Lines out the door, they frequently run out of common meds, including antibiotics. They tell me that they sent it to a different location so I go there it hasn't been sent. I end up spending the whole entire day trying to get antibiotics. They also frequently run out of my medication for my mental health and it takes 3+ weeks for them to have it again. This is extremely unsafe and just not a place I can use anymore. It's sad because we've gone there for 20+ years and my dad used to be a pharmacist there. He had to leave due to health issues. To get an idea of how upper management treats their staff, when my dad was working there and had a cardiac event, his supervisor tried to make him stay until a replacement came which took hours??? While he was actually in danger of dying. If he had listened things would have been bad. Again, it's not the staffs fault but I recommend going anywhere but here until they treat their techs and pharmacists fairly and give them the support they need. read more

I just love this pharmacy!! The staff in the pharmacy are so helpful. I really like the drive through so picking up is quick and easy. If there is a question about an insurance/prescription problem they will get in contact with you Before you arrive to pick up your prescription. Saves time and not all pharmacies do that. I will not name them because this review is not for them. I do not live in Easton but work there and have mine and my family's prescriptions filled here. They send texts when the prescription is ready to be picked up and I am always surprised how quickly they are filled. They are great if you child is at college and is easy to pickup out of state too. Lastly the store area has a real nice greeting card selection. read more

We've been customers of CVS for 25+ years and are seriously considering changing to another pharmacy. The store in Easton does not have adequate pharmacy staff and when you're notified for a prescription refill it can take upwards of 2 weeks. When we asked the tech who we could contact to report our displeasure he told us if we complained corporate would come down on the existing staff. The pharmacist recently quit due to poor corporate management. If this store values customers it would definitely benefit from a major change. Get with the program CVS!!!! read more

I am actually really surprised at the first two reviews...5-stars. Shocking. The pharmacists are not bad - actually really hard workers. The staff that assists the pharmacists are not good and actually I think the staff makes the pharmacists have to work harder. A few don't listen, they talk over customers and because they speak over customers they miss very valuable information not to mention it makes the customers feel bad. They come across as arrogant and belittling. It's a busy place and always seems chaotic when I get my scrips filled. read more
