Came here for a greeting card and a quick bathroom stop on the way home from the beach. Bathroom was clean and actually smelled really good, which was a huge plus. Store layout is the same as any other Walgreens and staff were friendly and helpful when we asked a question about where an item would be. Not sure why this location has such a low rating as my experience was just fine. read more

More than a little surprised from the previous reviews. I had a great experience with the pharmacy and during a very busy time of the day. My script was being transferred from an out-of-state Walgreens, so it wasn't a cookie cutter order either. Really friendly, fast paced, professional staff! read more

Prescription not ready for two days and it was a pretty common one that they wouldn't have had to order. It was medicine for pain and waiting two days to fill it is unconscionable. Poor service, inadequate responses. read more

Absolutely ridiculous!! How many times should you have to explain that your child needs nebulizer solution & an inhaler!! They kept telling me that one was filled, as if that's going to be sufficient. Those who answer the phones can't pronounce the meds they are dispensing and have little knowledge of what's being requested. When I called initially I was told there were no more refills, "but we will contact the doctor." That's a joke. Four days later, " you have no refills, we will contact the doctor". No thanks!! I contacted them myself, am sending my husband to get her meds ( so I don't flip), and will be transferring all her essentials to a different pharmacy!! The only person that knows what they are doing is the pharmacist. The black chick working at the counter is so rude. She kept putting in the wrong information and told me it's my insurance. When I told her she was wrong and she doesn't know what she's doing she literally tried to jump over the counter and fight me! The pharmacist had to hold her back! The chick is gonna get Walgreens sued. Thankfully the pharmacist gave me back the prescriptions to fill elsewhere. CVS had NO problem filling my medication. I will never go to that Walgreens again and I would advise anyone else to stay away read more

The BEST customer service I've had in awhile, such a nice staff they were so helpful!

Sat 12-23 about 3:00 pm.Went to pick up my prescription. There was no one ahead of me. They lady at the window told her co workers she had to go look for something and there was someone to be waited on. She left the room and went elsewhere in the building. The occasional person walked by and glanced at me and did nothing. No one came to help me and I waited for about ten minutes until the lady came back and she got my order. She acted surprised that no one helped me. At lease she waved my co-pay. Still, I will be using another pharmacy from now on I wish I could give no stars. read more

A joke such unqualified staff. The pharmacy is beyond rude and not equipped to be in the position to handle meds especially for elderly patients who sits hours when it takes a few min like all other pharmacies to fill a script. Walgreen's should close this branch and save Easton the misery. The pharmacy was charging me a different amount for the same drug every time I go. I've had a drug change from .66 per pill to over $3 per pill. The pharmacist looks me in the aye and tells me that I've always paid that much. Actually SHOWS me a screen that says as much. Argued with me on it, basically called me a liar. I don't know how their comp system works, but I KNOW how much I've been paying for a drug i need to SUSTAIN my LIFE which I've been taking for 4 years. This escalated to a yelling argument that the pharmacist was more than willing to escalate, rather than try to solve my problem. I WILL NOT be GASLIGHTED by someone's goddam computer!!! This place should not be open. I will never ever spend another cent in this garbage-ass excuse for a pharmacy. Burn it down and build a park. FYI, I now get my scrips from Giant and they charge about 1/3 what Walgreen's does for non-insured drugs across the board. Go there. This is the slowest least well run pharmacy I've ever had to use. I've had several poor experiences where they don't fill my perception for days, they fill the wrong prescription, and I've sat on hold for almost an hour before. I understand they're busy but there's no excuse for that. I would not recommend using them. read more

After today I have decided I am done shopping at the Walgreens in Easton. I buy prescriptions at this location and have trouble with their customer service in their pharmacy. I am probably in this Walgreens at least two to three times a week whether it's to pick up little grocery items that I am out of, prescriptions, cards and gift wrapping supplies or cosmetics. It seems like every time I go in there I am constantly waiting in line. Either the cashier is slow, busy talking or the lines are long. No other associates offer to help nor do store managers. Most of the time it seems like there is only one person working in the entire store. Today I waited in line for almost 15 minutes and I was near the front of the line. Because of the lack of customer service I will take my business elsewhere. read more
