They promptly started blaming me for incorrectly paying on the app, then stated "we have to call corporate we don't know how to do our jobs." This all occurred over 20 minute period while I attempted to sit patiently in the drive thru after the employee did not excuse herself & promptly shut the sliding door in my face without saying a word to me. They are the absolute WORST & I will NEVER be returning to the worst CVS I have ever been to in my LIFE. In the future, CVS should teach these ppl how to deal with customers, & also learn to apologize when you are totally incompetent. Lastly, never chastise or blame & don't yell at the customer for your CLEAR lack of abilities to do your job.

I said I didn't want the second one I only wanted one so it was a full priced itemand the girl kept arguing with me saying no it's on sale like no it's not. It's one item at full price she says it's on sale and you can't do that. I said all I've done it multiple times before and she told me I was lying.

WORST. PHARMACY. ANYWHERE. Do not take your prescriptions to this place! They will misplace them,…read morelose them in their computer system or whatever the excuse of the day is, and you have to try to explain that to your doctor. I cannot emphasize enough the recurring problems filling prescriptions there. I've moved every to CVS directly across the street where there has never been a problem.

She wears dirty clothing and she's rude to customers. She apparently screws up all the time and the other workers are forced to fix her screw ups.
