I normally get 3 month supplies and didn't want any interruptions in my medication. They took down my information, thanked me for coming in ahead of time. January 12th I get a text my medication is ready. I get to the store and was told my medication was ready in Georgia ‍ they would ask for a transfer and have it ready in about an hour. I said no rush I will come back next day. Long story short I still as of today only have 2 of my 3 medications. My old store in Georgia filled all my medication and has not returned it to the shelf so store here can't fill it BUT if they would have done the transfer in December I would not be having these issues...

I brought my car in because I had a dangerous bubble on my sidewall--known that makes a car unsafe to drive.  Instead of ensuring my safety, the technician refused to sell or install just one tire, citing a "policy" that they cannot replace single tires on AWD vehicles and they HAVE to replace all four tires. This is absurd. They try to force customers to buy 4 tires, holding our safety hostage over a few extra bucks.

An associate claimed the machine in electronics department is from the early 1990s . Cleanliness - By far the messiest Wal-Mart on this side of the Delaware. Granted it is a smaller store BUT I would figure that they would avoid being Dollar Tree levels of bad. Toxic employees - As a frequent customer I go there to find updated stock in the early morning hours. Some of these associates tend to mouth off while working and gossip about customers. I get that some customers are unruly and not always right BUT this behavior is unacceptable. Two wrongs don't make a right.

This seems to be true for all CVS. Self checkout was difficult. What i bought was light so they kept telling me to put it in a bag. I decided to forget the bag hoping the scale would detect it without the bag. It didn't for any of my 3 items. What could have been a fast checkout wasn't. My complaints tend to be systemwide no matter what store or state I am in. Also their app sucks. I click "send to the card" and I can't see later what coupons are on the card. I used to be able to go to that red machine for what is on my card and for price checks but I didn't see that machine. Again this is a CVS problem and has nothing to do with this store's employees or manager. It is frustrating.

The gate was down so I knew the pharmacist wasn't in but my question was just about reading off the ingredients I'm half blind and was having a hard time reading the ingredients label to a medication for my first pregnancy. I always have to read because I'm allergic to a certain ingredient and they didn't have the brand I normally get so all I was gonna ask is the ingredients was on the back of the box . I tried telling the young lady behind the counter that but got interrupted 3 times with her saying " pharmacist will be back at 1:30 " I told her I understand but ... and again she told me " pharmacist will be back at 1:30 " and when I tried to tell her what I needed she did it again. So I'm super glad that a customer was able to help me rather than an employee. The store is amazing but I always have issues with the pharmacy.
