Pharmacy: Count your prescriptions and double check every time. I was charged for but not given a muscle relaxer prescribed after surgery. My fault, I did not verify each RX before leaving CVS. Of course, one RX is missing and they cannot help. They say they will check the video tape but I will be surprised if they do. They have so many prescriptions they are stacked on the floor. My spouse complains to me about the service at this location and now I understand. Check your order for accuracy and completeness! read more

Walked in around 9pm and a heavy set young black woman on staff followed me around the store when all I was doing was looking at deodorant. Then while in the isle asked me not to pick up too many since people take the caps off of them. I let her know I was going to purchase the only one I had in my hand. She then proceeded to ask me questions about the deodorant i chose while I was at the self check out and it made me feel like she was hinting I smelled bad. Very poor customer experience and I won't be coming back to this particular CVS. Please train employees on soft skills as all I was wanting was to buy some toiletries. Not engage in a 15 minute discussion on what other people do in CVS or what I smell like. read more

I took my mother-in-law who is 98 years old to get her bivalent covid shot at this store. They had come out in the past to the car to giver her a flu shot. Every place that my mother-in-law had gone to get a covid shot they came out to give it to her. She 98 years old, has ankles that look like tree stumps from edema and terrible arthritis. She can barely walk at all with a walker. This day (Dec 13 2022) the pharmacist told me now that they don't do that any more, new policy. They made her walk in socks about 50 feet through the water (it had just rained) in the parking lot all the way to the back. They were unapologetic about it and didn't offer any alternatives (such as providing a wheelchair or relocating their shot area temporarily, etc...). They told me that she had to walk to the back of the store or she wasn't going to get that shot. I felt this was cruelty to not accommodate the handicapped and talking to their district supervisor he said this was OK with CVS, except about being rude and not trying to accommodate her in another way. read more

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is remarkable and works extra hard to solely discounts. One of the pharmacists, Shenna - I hope I spelt that right- is painless at injections and works hard to find the best prices. The best part is that she knows her customer. The other pharmacist is super friendly and helpful. I just do not have as much experience with him. read more

This pharmacy has to be simply one of the worst I have ever been to in recent memory. I think there has been a massive turnover in staff and simply employees who care at all about service or how they treat their customers. I have been shopping here for years because the other pharmacies didn't carry some meds that I needed. They were simply the winners by default. It seems like they have treated most long time customers like this and feel as if they don't need to continue to work hard to keep good paying customers. My final straw came when I picked up a prescription and the tech asked me to provide my info which I did. She wasn't paying attention so she asked again and I repeated it slowly so she could hear me spell out my last name and other info. The worst employee ever proceeded to tell me I had no reason to be an asshole and I asked her are you always this courteous to all your customers? She then walked away still cursing and acting a fool while her coworker stood next to her laughing. The pharmacist had nothing to say and seemed to be interested in burying his head in the sand. I had no reason to sit there and argue knowing that staff could give two shits about how employees treat customers. I decided to call CVS corporate and file a complaint and amazingly I received four different phone calls that day from various staff members asking what happened. I will tell you there were a few who seemed to be helpful but I just think there is obviously either a staffing issue or simply a lack of knowledgeable caring staff. I have never been to a business whose employee seem so intent on doing so little. If you hate your job please quit. Don't take out your misery on others who need quality service. I've been to this location before for prescriptions and decided to come again today.. MISTAKE! 1st i walk up to the drop off one guy asks the stupid question at I there for a consultation.. da hell for I haven't gotten anything genius. Then this same "genius" was real strange.. seemed to have been smoking something or pop'n oxy pills in the back because he was acting like a bumbling idiot cuz he tells me they didn't have the meds and they were on back order but he could check around so I asked him to then he says he has no way of doing so! But didn't you just say...... Then the other worker she steps in I guess in an attempt to act like she's going to assist by offering to see if she can order the meds. Sure, you're going to try *wink wink* This CVS is officially full of shit! Went to another location and no problem. read more

Doctor selected this pharmacy by mistake. Instead of checking with me, they pretended to fill it and transferred the scrip to mail order. Total fail. On phone about the staff was clueless. read more

I've been going there at least 15 years but the recent Sheena the pharmacist acted like I just started coming and was not very customer service oriented. One of my meds was broken at the top before I started to use it so I returned it for an exchange. She didn't trust that I had not broke it myself and kept asking me questions on how did it happen? She wouldn't even exchange it promptly but sent it back to the mfg and after they sent it back to CVS did she give me a new one!!! read more

The store is fine. The Pharmacy does a good job filling your prescription and doing so timely. But the customer service from some of the Pharmacy staff is not very good. Also, their automatic system for text reminders for prescriptions is not customer friendly. read more

I have been a CVS customer for about 12 years at several locations. Customer service and honest dealings are very important to me. When you go, always check your receipt. I have used the 25% off coupon. It deducted my "bucks" which is supposed to be just like cash before it calculated the 25% coupon. Scam! It did not deduct savings on two items. I was shortchanged $6.75. The small screen at checkout does not show the price you are actually being charged. What is the point? I always have to return to the store for a refund because I have been overcharged. I call the corporate office but they don't change anything. They know most people won't bother to return for their money. What a scam! I hardly go to this store anymore. I have moved my prescriptions. The mistakes are a big headache and such a scam! read more

Worst pharmacy I've used in Dallas. Understaffed and employees really don't care or have sense of urgency.

Pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They messed up the number of refills on my prescription, then lied to me about my doctor's response to them (they said my refill was declined when they contacted my dr). When I asked them to pull the original for proof that there were refills I was told it "was filed all the way in the back" (aka they were too lazy to pull it) so they wasted more of my time and my doctor's time by making us call each other repeatedly. Not surprisingly, the doctor could show me the copy of the original that proved CVS made the error. The pharmacy staff could care less. I've now had to make 3 trips for one med and call my doctor 4 times. Stay away!! Better service can be found just a short drive away at their Walnut Hill and Marsh location. Never a single issue there! UPDATE...they just called back to apologize since the last guy who called got an ear full. They are giving me this round of meds for free. Thanks...they are supposed to now be free (as in no copay) anyway because of the Affordable Healthcare Act! read more

This is the most unfathomable crappy pharmacy ever. It was always a bit shady but several months ago it plummeted. Want a standard medication? Oh, well they don't have it. But they will be sure to tell you they can get it for you in a day, only to NOT get it, and not call you to make other arrangements. They'll say they'll find a pharmacy that has it and never call you back. They will claim to lose prescriptions altogether, which on a weekend means you're without. They will call and tell you that very prescription is ready only to tell you theyve never heard of it-- or you. THERE IS NO PHARMACIST as of the writing of this. Lines get incredibly long at rush times (30 minutes in drive through)-- you know, the times they expect a rush every day? Some of this stuff is dangerous. What do they think they're running? People's lives and well-being depend on professionalism and organization. This is not a place to be casual and flip. I'm honestly afraid they'll give me the wrong script. read more

Very irritated with CVS in general, not this store. This store mostly has sweet, helpful employees and is nice and clean. Their drink stock is often low or out of many drinks though. Mainly, I am frustrated with the fact that they stopped carrying certain products I used to get there often, then got rid of cigarettes, and now, along with just about every other photo place around, stopped developing disposable cameras. This particularly irritates me because I rarely have need of a photo developer for anything else. We ran in there earlier to buy one to help out my grandmother with a timely project and no one in the store mentioned that they no longer develop them while we were purchasing the (frankly, overpriced to begin with,) disposable camera. Had we known at the time, we would not have purchased it and asked how to best get quick photos printed quickly. At this point, I am not even sure why I should even continue shopping at CVS. read more
