Never communicate whether your prescription is available. Can not talk to someone on the phone unless you ask for a call back. When you do get to talk to someone they give you incorrect information. They do not care that you have to keep driving to the pharmacy to check on your prescription. The workers are rude. Not to mention, there is never anyone working at the front of the store to check you out. read more

I've dealt with this CVS ever since I moved to Pickaway County. I've always been satisfied with their service until recently. They've installed self-serve keyboards at the pharmacy counter and the young lady behind the counter tells customers "step up to the next keyboard and enter your information." No "please" or "if you want to". Somebody else told her when I was in line "I don't want to do that" and she said I can't help you then. I went there as a customer and I expect to be treated like their management values my business. I didn't go there looking for a job or to get my daily ration of disrespect. Absolutely no one was there in line and the pharmacist was just sitting in front of a computer. Free flu shots is posted on the front door and says appointment "recommended" not REQUIRED! They wouldn't give my husband his flu shot! They said they were by appointment ONLY! We even said there's no one here, but us! RUDE! We will no longer give CVS our business! read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. They had my prescription but would not take my insurance. This was called from the hospital. You would This they would let the hospital know before excepting the prescription but nether here or there they did not even give my an option to just pay for them. More than just a pharmacy. CVS offers a lot of different product. They offer food, beverages, cosmetics, photo services, and much more. I mainly use the drive-thru pharmacy and it is quick, convenient, and I always get good, friendly service. I get an automated call to let me know I can pick up my prescription, too. If they need to update any information, an automated call is sent out, too. When I do go inside the store, it is always clean, organized, and well-stocked. read more

I needed to pick up a couple of prescriptions. I arrived at CVS after receiving the text messages that stated my prescriptions were avaliable. I gave them my first name, last name, date of birth. They said they weren't ready. And then waited another 45 minutes. Gave them my first name, my last name, my date of birth, they looked for them.... could not find them AGAIN.....told me it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I got another text message saying that my prescriptions were ready for pick-up. Went back up gave them my first name, my last name, and my date of birth, along with showing the young lady at the counter my text message. She then looked in the bin, pulled out my prescriptions and then I was finally on my way almost an hour later. UGHHHHHH. read more

I ordered on the site for delivery. (next day). When it didn't show up, I checked on line, they had changed it for the following day. When it didn't show up the following day I tried to call. Was on hold for an hour and then they cut me off. So I had to find a way to get there to find out what was going on. When I arrived I met up in the pharmacy with a lady named Sharon. I ask her to help me find out where my medicine was. She said she couldn't see the order form I was showing her, and she told me I was rude. It ended up I just purchased my medicine again (since I had paid it on line for delivery). The phone kept ringing saying they had 8 calls and no one ever answered. Might want to think twice before trying to get a delivery of medication, and don't expect anyone to pick up the phone. Terrible x 10. read more

Scheduled an appointment to get the COVID-19 vaccine here. Got there and they said they were, "out". Then the pharmacist said he just wasn't doing anymore today even though I had an appointment. He was very rude and also had ample time to contact me and cancel my appointment so I didn't waste a drive here. Maybe actually be able to fulfill appointments if you're going to allow people schedule them. Would not recommend this location. read more

chain drug store in which everything is pretty much laid out the same at all their stores, so I guess it all boils down to organization and cleanliness. We had no issues with either and access was easily available and it was just as convenient to get back on the road. This store as well stocked, organized and clean. read more

I bought some nail polish a few weeks ago and came back to get more with a friend. The color we wanted was gone... along with most of the polishes. The make up was all poorly stocked and many empty slots. We opted for hair dye and lotion instead. As paying customers we were told we could not use the public restrooms despite making purchases. No restrooms and no stock... won't be back. read more
