These people are thieves! First they wouldn't use my insurance and it cost me money (Nov 2025). Then (Dec 2025) my prescription was for 30 pills I got 24. Then (Jan 2026) my prescription was for 30 pills and they gave me 27. Now (Feb 2026) the medication is back ordered, so they can't fill the prescription and no one even bother to call, text, or email me. I filed a complaint with corporate in Jan 2026 got no response and now I've filed another complaint Feb 2026 and no response. NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO EMAIL, NO MEDICATION! read more

If I could I would give this pharmacy 0 stars! Customer service is horrible. You wait 45 mins or more for a prescription. I was waiting on migraine medication for my son (11) for over 45 minutes to finally be told that they only had 3 pills!! He was prescribed 15. The pharmacist told me that I can come back tomorrow to see if they have the other 12 pills I am owed but she doesn't know if they will be there in the store. I am a disabled veteran and use a motorized wheelchair so using this pharmacy was convenient for me because it was down the street from where I live and it meant I could go pick up my son's medicine myself. This is in regard to an incident that happened two years ago, but still upsets me today. So I had to have a prescription transferred from another CVS to here to fill. Easy enough, they can do it in their computer, and they said over the phone it would be about two hours until it was ready. I told them I was en route and asked if they could enter in a queue time of 20-30 mins (I've worked as a CVS pharmacy tech myself). The woman on the phone sounded stunned but said to just let them know when I was there and they'd expedite it. I show up in the drive-thru and it's still being worked on, so I ask them to expedite it (meaning it becomes a "waiter" and should be ready in less than 15 mins). I enter the store 20 minutes later and give my name again; it was apparently never expedited and would be another "15 minute" wait. I ask to speak to the pharmacist because I'm upset at this point. His name was "Gian", and according to the front store manager a LOT of people have had complaints about him. I express my frustrations and he tells me he never saw me come in. I told him I was in the drive-thru and point to the woman who helped me in the drive-thru, who says she didn't remember me. He gives me a snarky attitude and says it'll be 15-20 minutes. I can see his production queue clearly on his screen; there are no overdue prescriptions, only two waiters (including me), and less than a page of prescriptions. I can tell you this is a VERY light workload based on my experience. He eventually finishes my prescription after getting tired of hearing my comments about his queue, throws it to the cashier and says, "By the way, I'm the pharmacist here and I'll fill my waiters in any order I want, thank you." All of this goes extremely hard against everything I was taught while training as a pharmacist at my store, and if Mike (the regional manager) was there I'm sure somebody would've been in hot water. I reported it, the front store manager showed great professionalism and empathy, then called the CVS help number and they just took my info and never reached back out to me. read more

The sign says Flu Shots available. It doesn't say "with appointment". After getting a ride to get my shot was told I need to make an appointment and would not give me a shot. Very upsetting .. read more

I have to post a star or it won't let me post period.. while battling this flu strain a& b which has led to walking pneumonia, my dr sent over the prescription at 830.. web site posts opens at 9;00. Walked in at 9:15..and the rude lady Cindy nastily told me we just opened and it will be awhile.. I asked for my prescription to be given to me.. they said the prescription had to be called by the next pharmacy.. I understand procedures but no one in the store.. I have sat for 15 mins and the pharmacist told me she only had done one prescription.. calls to corporate will be made as well.. this is why I stopped using cvs prior.. read more

You can depend of the Browns Mills CVS - they ALWAYS get something wrong. Phone in an order - order is wrong. Go to pick up - meds not there. Staff is not merely rude, they are lazy and dumb as a box of hammers. Go to Boyd's in Pemberton. read more

Pretty run down inside. Came here to use the Kodak kiosk to print a PDF file and it took forever to print. Their printer prints really slow and I had 56 pages. Waited for awhile. But better than going to Fedex Office. Cost me way less at CVS to print a document. read more

Recent events have dictated I HAVE to write a review of the Browns Mills Pharmacy due to the pain they (the Pharmacy) have caused my wife. One week prior to a scheduled surgery, my wife's doctor called in specific prescriptions (5 of them) to this Pharmacy. Soon after, my wife picked them up and we thought that was that. The day of the surgery, the doctor's office was going over pre-surgery information, and we found that the pain medication she was prescribed had not been given to us. After verifying that the prescription was, indeed, sent to the Pharmacy - I contacted the pharmacy to find out what happened to it. I was informed that the pain medication was back-ordered because they did not have it. WE were never contacted (or told at the counter when we picked up the other 4 medications) and told of this back-order. We were also told that CVS could not transfer the prescription to another CVS - we had to have the doctor call in a new prescription. I gave this Pharmacy ONE star ONLY because they took the time to find out WHICH CVS actually HAD the medication for me. So this Pharmacy did not find it important that a customer, prescribed PAIN medication, was not going to have it. Over a WEEK later. Fast forward to today. My wife's pain medication was running low - so we had the doctor call in a prescription for a refill. This was first thing in the morning. By 5:00 pm we had NOT received any report from CVS that the medication was ready. So we called. Guess what? Once again, they did NOT have the medication, and did NOT contact us to let us know. When contacted - they were apologetic, but defensive and uncooperative (when we asked to speak to a manager, we were told OK , then given another pharmacy associate - NOT a Manager; when that happened, we asked for the number of their regional office - and they claimed they could not find a phone number for their regional office). This CVS does not understand that pain medication is needed when ordered, not when they THINK they can get it on their own time. This Pharmacy does NOT seem to understand a patients right to know what is happening with their prescription medications - even if it causes them pain. Busy or not, when they received a prescription request for medication, and can't fill it, it should be Pharmacy 101 to inform either the patient or the prescribing doctor that they can't fill it. Needless to say, we will be contacting the regional office in charge (or above - once WE find their contact information), explaining these issues, and then switching to another Pharmacy. This Pharmacy is too busy trying to maintain profits (by keeping the prescription they can't fill in their own store until they can fill it - even at the medical expense of the patient), and has no understanding of customer relations. read more

I do hope this location gets taken over by another pharmacy chain like Walgreens. Browns Mills residents deserve better. CVS refused to transfer my prescription. I hung on with them for two years. Nasty personnel. They don't answer their phone, not even for doctor's offices calling in prescriptions. CVS online customer service hangs up. Just close it down. read more

One star because I have no other choice, The pharmacist on duty named John I was extremely ignorant and unable to produce my husband's prescription that they gave to someone else but still was able to charge my insurance for the prescription so my husband has to wait for them to figure it out to get his prescription in full. The staff here is incompetent ignorant and I don't even know how the store is still open. read more

two stars given because there a FEW people there who are kind and considerate. I went to the drive through to purchase Tylenol. The girl at the window told me that that service was not available at the drive through. she gave me the Tylenol but let me know that the inside was open. CVS advertises that over the counter medicines can be obtained from the drive through. This CVS is terrible I hate going there. I won't go back except for my husbands medicine and that's only because of his insurance read more
