It's not a fresh smell. Just a CVS smell. That said, it's been a long time since I've been in one... so it was a bit nostalgic. Anyway, this was nothing special but had much more options than the first store I went to. The guy at the other store actually told me to try cvs. (I needed a knee brace because I left mine at home). They have the important pull back toy car section that is also a standard in a CVS. not that I need that, but it brings back memories of when my boy was a toddler. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Store wasn't that clean, but you just need to get your stuff and go.

I have never had a good experience, the people are so rude and disrespectful. I had to get my insulin because I had completely ran out and they tried to say I have never gotten my insulin filled there and that they have no prescription for the type of insulin i've been on since I was 8. I have to call my doctors office every single time and every time it has been a problem on Walgreens not my doctor. I have to call my doctor and have them call Walgreens to get it situated.

When we were waiting for a woman with 10000 items in her cart to check out, someone opened up another line for us which was thoughtful. I have one of those CVS cards though always seem to leave it at home, but I've heard you can get some good deals by using them. The store also seems to be clean and organized.
