Tells you manufacturers discount coupons not available, when there are coupons available, and when you bring them in, they can't figure out how to use them. When you have prescriptions you been getting filled for years on the same insurance, suddenly the claim they can't fill them and insurance won't approve it. When will you get staff to do their job? They make people crazy, with sometimes you get a good person, next you get a lazy pharmacist. And you don't need a sign on the window saying they won't tolerate rude behavior if they would just DO THEIR JOB!! read more

This store doesn't value public health, which is really odd for a pharmacy. I have covid and purchased a follow-up covid test online specifically so I wouldn't have to come inside and expose their other patients. They refused to serve me in the drive-up line. They said I could purchase one from the pharmacy drive-thru line but couldn't help with my online order that was already paid for and waiting inside the store. Apparently medical tests have "nothing to do with the pharmacy." The terrible 2.1 star rating here doesn't lie. Find another pharmacy. I sure am! read more

Something has to be done about being understaffed and not on the same page as far as policy. Most of the medicine is under lock and key, and apparently neither the cashier or the pharmacy can unlock anything. Either that or they just refused. I stood in line for 15 minutes at the register line to be told that I needed to go stand in the pharmacy line to get meds unlocked. Went to pharmacy, stood in line 20 minutes to be told to go back to the cashier. So you know what I had to do? I had to open a pair of scissors to cut down the medicine I needed (Abreve). So this store has a package of scissors on their arts/craft aisle, which was conveniently located right by the Abreve aisle. I took the scissors out, cut down my meds, slid the scissors back into the packaging, and hung them back up. Then I went and checked myself out. Insert shoulder shrug. If you don't want me using your scissors to cut down my medicine, then get some staff trained and willing to do so. read more

This is an EXCELLENT, WELL ORGANIZED pharmacy. Notice that the bad (rude) reviews are ALL at least thee years old or older! I live in The Greenways and love the convenience of this location. The staff are all very kind and always helpful. I especially love that they will also dispense over the counter meds through the drive through. Many pharmacies aren't courteous and service oriented enough to do that. LOVE CVS AT HILLSIDE AND COULTER!! read more

Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Called and told prescription would be ready in an hour. Then went to dinner. After dinner called and was told would be 2 hours. Ridiculous! Ok time went by. Came to get prescription 20 mins later than they told me it would be ready. Now at drive thru told won't be ready for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours. WHAT????!!!!! I was just WOWED!!! We are traveling and i forgot to pack my sons seizure medication. His pediatrician called it in to the CVS closest to where we are staying. I arrive there ,on a national holiday mind you, and i find that the medications is out of stock. Immediate the pharmacy team was on the phone and even though no other CVS had the medication they found it at a United and transferred the script over. As a business owner myself i can tell you this is the type of people you want to hire. Thank you so much! My son absolutely cannot go without his medication. read more

This is my neighborhood pharmacy. No More! They are rude and slow. I turned in a prescription at 11:30 AM today and was told to call and see if it would be ready this evening. I placed the call at 7:00 PM. I'm not sure when they stop taking calls, but I was on hold for over 15 minutes. The pharmacy is only 2 minutes away so I drove up there. I was 8th in line and it took 25 minutes to get waited on. As I waited in line, the phone was constantly ringing and not a single employee would answer the phone! It's no wonder why I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Guess what? My prescription was not ready. It would be ready momentarily. I asked how long that was. No answer similar to the phone call. I asked for a manager. I was told I could talk to the manager at 9:00 AM tomorrow. I got my prescription. I will talk to the manager tomorrow morning. I will talk to the regional manager after that. I will find another pharmacy after that. This is not the first time for this place. Zero communication between the employees working. Nobody cared. read more
