They screw up insurance information, have partially filled prescriptions and don't notify you of that (though you are charged full price). Phone calls are not returned in a timely manner and I must say again..the staff is rude. As a healthcare professional I will never recommend them to anyone ever. In CA they did open at 7 am but in the east coast it is 8 am which I don't mind. Their reason was their order came in on Wednesday, but because the employees hours were cut, they didn't have time to unpack the order. I am leaving town for the weekend and will return on Monday. I fortunately have just enough of my medication to get me through Monday. At no time did I get an email saying the prescription would be delayed. It was listed as "out of stock" on my account. I feel the very least that should have been done was to receive a text or email explaining the situation. I have been a loyal CVS customer for many years, but there are many other pharmacies that would welcome my business.
