Pulled the rear mudflap off of my motorhome on the pavement while pulling out of a gas station…read more The top metal strip got bent, and the rubber had been pulled through by the connecting bolts. Took the mudflap on Thursday morning to John (owner) and he said they would make two steel pieces and sandwich the flap between the two, and paint and reassemble the flap. He said they could have it ready by tomorrow (Friday), but I said I would pick it up on Saturday instead. We agreed on a price between $75 and $100. He wrote my name and phone number on a clipboard, On Saturday, I returned to the shop, and John didn't recognize me. I stated I was there to pickup the mudflap. I noticed the mudflap hadn't been touched, it was laying on the floor. His reply was that he just got the material yesterday (Friday). I asked him when it would be done, and his reply was Monday. I told him I would be back on Monday around noon. On Monday around noon, I returned to the shop to find that the two steel plates had been made and painted but the mudflap was not mounted on the steel pieces and it was not ready to go. His excuse was that he had decided that the connecting chain and bolts should be stainless steel and that there would be an additional charge for $80 for hardware. I protested, this is a mudflap, I don't care about stainless steel, I want the original hardware because the length is very important for me to reinstall the flap at the proper height. I asked how much longer to get it put together and he said he would have it done in a couple of hours. I returned to the shop at 3:00 pm and found the mudflap done, or at least I thought it was. He apologized for the delay and said he would take $80 instead of the $100. I gave him $80, and explained to him that he could have called me, and he stated that he did't have a phone number for me, I showed him the clipboard that had the number on it. After getting the mudflap home to reinstall, I found that he had removed two of the stainless steel lettering bolts, and two of the existing bolts that he said he had to cutoff had been replaced with a bolt with a shank on it instead of a full thread as required to bolt it back onto the motorhome. Four of the mounting nuts were also missing. The quality of the work was OK, but not rocket science.

Coming from New Orleans, Generac was the only generator I would consider as a reliable workhorse…read more Seeing that APO installed a neighbors generator on the roof and installed our solar, we decided they were the only ones to get through the red tape in Bullhead. They got passed the "rules" so they could put it on our side of the house. Then it had to work smoothly with our extensive solar panels. It looked like a party of inspectors at our house, seeing how it was done right. That was two days before the storm hit. The lights blinked off then back on as I heard a hum. It was 4 days without electric for others and we had whole house electric at over 110 degrees. Now every Thursday, we hear a hum as the Generac does a 10 min.maintenance run and we are reminded we were very lucky! Thank you APO for getting it done right and just in time!

Whoever they have driving their trucks needs to be talked to. Swerving around the road and…read moreintentionally trying to sideswipe cars on the highway is not a good look for your company. Had 3 kids in my car and their white truck with a rack on the back intentionally tried to sideswipe me. I honked at him because he went into my lane and almost hit me, i thought maybe he was on the phone taking a work call or something so i honked so he could look up at the road. Instead of just correcting and moving into his lane he started swerving into me more intentionally and with the medians in the road now there was no more room for me to move over any more. Then he continued to drive and swerve around between both lanes so no one could pass him. This dude was either drunk at 0830 or he's just an angry lunatic that probably shouldn't be trusted to go into peoples homes.
