It has been over two years since I left treatment at Rehabilitation Treatment Care Center and it by…read morefar was one of the best things I have done for my life. Upon my decision to get the help I needed, I called the center and was connected with a kind woman, Kat, who coordinated my arrival to treatment for services. She was very helpful and attentive to everything I has to say. She also shared with me her experience of addiction into recovery , which began in treatment. Most of the staff at Rehabilitation Treatment Care Center had been through a treatment program and were in recovery from addiction as well. Knowing with certainty that these professional and medical staff understood what I was going through, not only physically but emotionally and mentally, helped me feel accepted and relaxed. Although, I have been to a few good treatment centers, I have never experienced the degree of acceptance, safety and stability that I did here. From the day I got to treatment, I have not looked back since. My life is beyond amazing today and I am forever grateful for my experience at this center.

I struggle leaving this review. I did a lot of research prior to selecting. Through the…read moremedicare.gov nursing ratings they have a 4 star overall. This is what made me select them. With a troubling heart, I can say that my mom's care at first seemed great, they were always checking on her but by week two she took turn for worse ended up getting sepsis (severe uti). We were not able to be up there but we called to check up on her. My mother called and stated she was jerking so severely she couldn't do anything and no one would help her. We got a hold of nurse and told them what was going on. They said she required more oxygen and she was on antibiotics. We asked to be called if she got worse. NO ONE CALLED until 10pm and she was out of her mind We told them to get her to ER ASAP. They did. She almost died spent 2 about 2 weeks in critical care unit, then was released back to Ignite and it has been a struggle getting ahold of ANYONE. My mother called us again week 2 mark and has pneumonia plus another uti with ecoli. And again it is us the family having to point out something to the Staff if and when we can get ahold of them. Something is not right with this facility. I only give them 2 stars, THEY DO NOT DESERVE 4 STARS. I have since reported them to be looked into. If you have loved ones here please check on them, their life may depend on it.

Positive 1st: Debbie in PT is AMAZING! She took great care of my dad and his PT. Daniel the weekend…read morenurse was also great! now for everything else! If I could give this a 0 I would. The first 2-3 days they were pretty good, but that changed very quickly. As soon as he was cleared to go the bathroom himself they stopped responding to his call light. when he hit the button for meds (hip replacement) it would take anywhere from 30 mins to 1 hr for them to respond. We were told early on that we would have the call Kaleb the case manager and bug her to get any movement to discharge. My mom went and confronted her for eta of discharge and she talked in circles and then told my mom she would call her at the end of the day, shocker she didn't. my mom called 1st thing the next morning she didn't return her call. when we finally got a date she then didn't even complete all the paper work, the morning of the nurses had no idea he was leaving! one would think she would have gotten it together after I had to to go full "karen" on her to even get a meeting on the scheudle. I then went to the facility to demand answers after I Facetimed my dad and he was fighting back tears he was so frustrated and upset about being "stuck" in there. We had a heated argument in the lobby and which point she FINALLY agreed to have a meeting. They kept telling us he was approved through the 19th...we feel they were trying to keep him to keep the money coming in not because he actually needed to be there. They also have COVID running wild in the building. The nurses are not using proper PPE and practices when going in and out of those rooms. I worked in a hospital during 2020 and they are not following any of the droplet protocols. We had to basically beg and demand a shower for my dad on the days he was scheduled. they only get 2 showers a week, he was there for 2 weeks. We also had to beg for his sheets to be changed on his shower days. They actually left the dirty linen on the table by the bed the last week he was there (see picture below). My dad was basically ignored by the nurses other than the 2 hr he had of PT and OT he was left to lay in his bed. The response times were insane. The pictures included are of water damage around the bathroom door, the complete cut and broken window screen, and water damage on the ceiling tiles. We plan to also report to the insurance company the terrible conditions. If you have someone in here you are going to have to advocate very aggressively for them every day.

If I could give this place zero stars I would gladly my grandmother almost 80 years old was moved…read morehere after she had to have a total shoulder replacement and surgery on her wrist she also broke her pelvis and toe but her doctor wanted those to heal with time and rest so after she was moved here at first glance this place is beautiful the outside looks nice and the lobby is nice as well but as soon as you enter into one of the rooms the floors are sticky and it just looks horrible they had doctor orders to change her dressings EVERY day for a WEEK it wasn't done once then after they got extra orders from her doctor which was to take the dressings off to let her arm breath and be less constricted they ignored it completely when I went to visit her I could immediately tell her dressings haven't been changed i also confirmed that with my grandmother she also said they haven't given her her insulin her blood glucose level was 320 so I myself took her dressings off and the more I took off the more I was horrified it was left on so long it started to change colors it was clear to me and anyone who actually cared to look that her wounds have become infected from her dressings not being changed her fingers were turning a different color because the blood flow was being constricted from how tightly it was applied which would have been fine if it was changed like it should be every day after I got her dressings off the nurse came in and said to me that she hasn't gotten around to changing her dressings yet it's been a week and some days and she's trying to say she hasn't gotten around to it it was absolutely disgusting the people who work here do not care for their patients instead of the nurse being worried about how my grandmother's arm looks she is worried about the fact that I took it off mind you they have ORDERS from her doctor to change them every day they also have orders to take the dressings off to let her arm breath but zero of that was done after I took off the dressings not once did any of the nurses even look at her arm not even once I had to demand that they bring her insulin she's a diabetic and they were informed of this fact and still didn't give her insulin it's ridiculous my grandmother has a call button on her bed to call for a nurse well said call button isn't attached to the bed and she can't get up due to her pelvis so the call button falls down quite often to where she can't reach it the nurse told her to stop dropping it mind you it's not ATTACHED to the bed so it slips off and they told my grandmother to stop dropping it then a few days later i came back and took her to her doctor so he could see how her healing was going in the 3 ish weeks she's been there she got 2 infections in her arm and a bed sore the doctor said she might need another surgery to clear the infection all because those nurses can't do their jobs but he prescribed her to take some anabiotic's to try to get it to go away on its own then when we got back here I gave the nurses the new doctor orders for her treatment she was to have her dressings changed twice and day and she was to have her anabiotic's twice a day and the doctor wanted her to start the anabiotic's as soon as she could well after I got her back in her bed my grandmother asked for the medication and they refused to give it to her telling her she's going to have to wait for another 5 hours before they would give it to her then a few days later she was scheduled to have some physical therapy seeing that my grandmother can't walk since she has a broken pelvis they had to wheel her out in the bed well they wheeled her out and just put her in the lobby had her wait there for a few hours my grandmother then asked when the physical therapy would start they then told her she's was going to get any today so she asked to be brought back into her room and they told my almost 80 year old grandmother with a broken toe and pelvis with a arm she can't use that is infected they said to her "you can get there on your own" so my grandmother was forced to try to stand up and walk back to her room with no help she was crying and worn out and in pain she had to ask a random man that was just visiting he didn't work there if he could help her back to her room this place is horrible I wouldn't even trust them with a dead person it's disgusting how they treat their patients no care no help nothing even her doctor said they have this place on a don't recommend list it's absolutely disgusting and ridiculous I have no clue how they aren't shut down 0/10 stars

This facility is a joke, my 77 year old grandmother came here for rehab after surgery and was…read moreneglected in her room swimming in her own urine after telling the nurses she needed to go and no one came after waiting an hour plus the staff gets mad at her after the accident in the bed. The nurse shoves her oxygen tube up her nose, making it bleed and hurting her nose, plus condescending about the whole situation. The charge nurse by the name of Angie is very condescending and disrespectful, plus she doesn't care about anybody but her little pocket change of a paycheck, which it shows. Every elderly person who walks into this facility isn't incompetent or out of their right mind to know right from wrong my grandma is 77 years old, yes but she's all there in her mindset and can tell you what's right or wrong. I've had my own experience with Angie via phone, and she is indeed disrespectful and very condescending, which I've got facts over opinions plus the few other staff members had the same attitude which makes me think they're trained to be this way so take your loved ones elsewhere because a dog wouldn't get the care it needs in this facility, much less your loved ones. Last didn't even change her wound care properly and made things worse which it's been documented heavily.
