We had been through some difficult agencies prior to coming into MacDonald Bail, so you can imagine the stress that we felt. However, upon entering the MacDonald offices, we were greeted with caring smiles and an extremely respectful and non-judgmental staff. We felt comfortable and heard. This situation could have been handled with more understanding, communication, and compassion before such a serious decision was made. If you are considering using its services, carefully read every condition, request all explanations in writing, and keep copies of every communication.
