I bought a truck here a year ago with an agreement that the cosmetics issue I brought up be fixed…read more The issues included broke window trim, a broken mirror, broken windshield and a dent in the fender. I was out of town that following week and was told if I left it there I would be done when I got back, that was a Friday, I came back and went to pick up my truck the following Thursday and nothing had been done. I received no call telling me they were behind or hadn't gotten to it or anything. Eventually they fixed the windshield the 2 week. They told me initially that they would have someone look at the dent and see if anything could be done, they then told me that nothing could be done even though it's only a 2 inch dent. I'm fine with that. The window trim and mirror are still broken to this day, I've called several times over the year and showed up in person and have always been told they'll give me a call when the parts come in. I've never received a call from their end and have always had to reach out and still haven't gotten anything done. They don't communicate with their customers and they don't care about anything they said once the sale has been made. I would never recommend this business to anyone that values their time, respect and customer service because you'll get none of that he

I guess he thought he knew better. This extended the time for them to get the right tires in the truck. But I didn't see my vehicle go up on the lift for an alignment so I asked if they had done the alignment I paid for, they had not. Once the alignment was finished I was presented with another bait and switch $170 bill because they had switched tires without telling me. I think it would have been a lot less hassle if I just gone to Walmart.

2nd time having issues here now…read more I specifically requested an AC diagnostic and explained upfront that I had already replaced the compressor, had the system charged the day before, and that a full leak/pressure test had already been performed. Instead of moving forward with a true diagnostic, they repeated the exact same service (discharge and recharge) that had just been done, and then charged me $285 for it. In the end, I'm back to square one--still not knowing what's wrong with my AC, but now out the money for a redundant service I did not need. To make it worse, I was told I'd need to pay even more for a diagnostic... which is what I had asked for in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Be careful coming here for service and make sure they're clear on what you're requesting, or you may end up paying twice without answers. Always ask for Donny. He is awesome! He wasn't available when this happened.

I cannot say enough good things about Dylan Nicholson, owner of Mobile Auto Repair & Locksmith…read more I've had the opportunity to have Dylan work on my snow blower, and I've also seen the quality of his work firsthand on engines he worked on for my neighbor. We were both extremely pleased with the results. Dylan is not only an excellent mechanic, but a man of the highest integrity. He is honest, dependable, reasonably priced, and truly stands behind his work. What impressed me most was how clean and professional he was, and he took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why. That kind of service and communication is becoming harder and harder to find. Dylan works on just about anything with a motor, and I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending him to my family, friends, and anyone looking for someone they can trust. If you need a mechanic who knows what he's doing, treats you right, charges a fair price, and stands behind his work, I highly recommend Dylan Nicholson and Mobile Auto Repair & Locksmith. 801-317-8606
