She spent 2 hours in the process of getting this done. She also felt like a stranger and the staff seemed unfriendly. The second time I went to a different hairdresser and had a lovely haircut. But as we talked, she said she could put some highlights in my white hair if I wanted them. I told her that would be nice, so she proceeded to put a cap on my hair instead of using foil, and pulled a lot of hair through the cap, then mixed a color (which we didn't discuss the color) and covered the cap with a black/purplish color. When she blew it out, my hair was white and black all over. She doesn't know the difference from a weave (what she gave me) and highlights (which is only a few bits of color on the crown). I've been putting color removal on my hair ever since, as I had pure white hair when I went to her.

We really wanted JUST the top trimmed out of his eyes. Maybe down to 3 inches. This smart cookie cutting his hair was honed in on only what was in the system, and seemingly could not understand anything else... Fine, it will grow and it's hot as hades here, where we are visiting. Then smart cookies proceeded to tell me that a 4 on the back and sides would be a waste as it's shorter... no, really???? I know, as a 2 was used back in March and it's probably just reaching a 4 now... Like I said, smart cooking there... So, she used an 8 on top, did some blending, but this kid with fine hair, now has staggered long pieces and looks more like Caillou from pbs kids.
