Dr. Nancy Irvine is wonderful. She went over my cat's vet and health history with me very thoroughly before taking a blood sample and some skin scrapings for testing. She talked to me like I'm an intelligent adult and shared with me her line of thinking every step of the way. She answered my emails in a timely manner and always felt like she was presenting me with every option available. The diagnostic tests were kind of expensive as well as treatments and further testing, but my cat is my baby and I'd do anything to help her feel better. The facility is nice and clean with a big reception area and exam rooms. All of the staff I encountered are very nice and helpful. They even called me the day after my cat's growth removal to make sure that she was responding well to the medications she was given. I very much recommend them.

Dr. Knox is a very good veterinarian and treats not only your pets but also treats livestock as well as other farm animals too. During all that time, we were only ever informed of one incident -- over a year ago -- which was described as a brief "scuffle" while several dogs went through a gate together. We were told there were no injuries, and after a short break, our dog returned to play with no further issues. There were no other incidents that day or at any other time until we were informed of his dismissal when we picked him up at the end of the day. Since his dismissal, we've made multiple attempts to get details about any other incidents and were denied. We even tried to speak directly with the practice owner and veterinarian, but she never responded. This has been extremely disappointing. As responsible pet parents, we wanted to understand what happened so we could address any behavioral issues -- but we were given no opportunity to do so. After years of loyalty to both the clinic and daycare (with as many as three dogs in their care at a time), the lack of transparency and unwillingness to communicate has left us questioning everything. They denied us any chance to correct behavior and keep our relationship as customers, and the practice owner's silence speaks volumes about how little they value long-term clients.
