Explains things in great detail and is always ready to do whatever it takes in order to care for his patients. My dog was scared to be there, and Dr S had no problem getting on the ground to assess and examine my pup so that he didn't stress the dog out more. Highly recommended and worth the drive (we drive over an hour and are happy to do so)

I provided all the medical history needed and although my dog didn't have his influenza vaccine the Vet tech I spoke too told me specifically that they would still board him because the vaccine its self was inaccessible for the next few months and that they were accepting dogs without it for that reason. Forward to today, ( 3 days before his booking) they decided to call me and tell me they cannot accept him because he doesn't have his vaccine even though I cannot physically get the vaccine for him.
