Once I went in, Mollie Merritt greeted me and was beyond amazing at listening to how I wanted my hair to be cut. She listened and asked questions and was just great at treating someone who is particular. Her professionalism made me feel confident that I was putting my hair in the right hands. Once the consultation was done, she proceeded to wash, condition, and deep condition my hair with amazing cruelty free and vegan products. The last step in my hair wash was a minty one that felt like my hair follicles were breathing. The warm towels placed under my next as she washed added a very relaxing and spa level experience. I felt beyond pampered. Mollie and I hit it off immediately, not only is she beyond talented and professional but she has the knowledge and talent to take what you're asking for and make it happen. I've found my go-to salon in Tallahassee. Oh! I forgot to mention, the receptionist was super kind and really truly welcomes you in the kindest and warmest way ever. I wasted two weeks of my time, and for their extremely strict rules and regulations, including filling out a contract for the service, the way they treated me was absolutely horrible and disappointing. The two strands of hair they took from my hair were in vain, and that is really upsetting. Lindsey, the owner, was the one handling this, and she handled it horribly. If this was the case for the owner, I couldn't imagine for the rest of the hairstylists. Lastly - the front desk person, Dorly, always had a condescending tone. I ended up losing in this situation, and I will never return, and I'd advise you to save your time and money and try elsewhere.
