You could have as easily texted to cancel as you confirmed I said and save me the 25 minute drive up there. I wasted two weeks of my time, and for their extremely strict rules and regulations, including filling out a contract for the service, the way they treated me was absolutely horrible and disappointing. The two strands of hair they took from my hair were in vain, and that is really upsetting. Lindsey, the owner, was the one handling this, and she handled it horribly. If this was the case for the owner, I couldn't imagine for the rest of the hairstylists. Lastly - the front desk person, Dorly, always had a condescending tone. I ended up losing in this situation, and I will never return, and I'd advise you to save your time and money and try elsewhere.
