Waited 45 minutes and then someone walks in with an online appointment and got told I have to wait. Manager was tired and had an apathetic attitude. Refused customers at 5:05 saying they have too many left. I was waiting by my self with one other person. Employees went on break with people waiting. My nephew is autistic and only 2 years old and is TERRIFIED of having his hair cut. Savion, was absolutely wonderful. He was calm and understanding of the situation. My nephew looks amazing! He even trimmed and faded the edges. Which for anyone who has a young autistic child would understand that this is INCREDIBLY hard. 20/10 would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I've never had a bad haircut in my life until now.. I asked for layers and bangs, pretty simple. The person did not wet my hair to even it out and made the thinnest bangs possible so I asked for it to be thicker (aka use more hair). It felt like hours, and then when I walked to the store near by to check out my hair... IT WAS UNEVEN and it was SO awful, it was like a 5 year old did it. I literally cried cause I felt so ugly. It was uneven more than one place and obvious uneven with long strains hanging out. I had to walk back and ask for them to cut and finish the job which the lady did. But now it just looks okay and not dead awful. Never again am I going here. She wasn't even talking to me or anything and did a disservice! And $17 for THIS? read more

Today I got the worst hair cut in my adult life and I am in my seventies. The lady was in a hurry to go home though it was more than half an hour to their posted closing time. I gave her detailed instructions including how much hair I would like to be removed from front, sides and back. She didn't listen to anything I said. I have a natural curl in front above my forehead which I wanted to save. She trimmed my hair right up to the hair line. When I expressed my concern, she took more hair from both sides in an angry burst though that is not the area I mentioned. Now, my face has patches of missing hair on the sides as if plucked by a wild bird. To top it off, she had the audacity of asking for tips explicitly. "I cann't come to work unless I get tips". I was so afraid with her temperament that just to get out of that place I gave her couple of dollars. I have been using these place for almost a decade. Went for my 9 year old to have a haircut. Walked in and received a horrible welcome. We were met with huffs and irritation. They said they had to wash her hair but made her hold herself up (they refused to give her a booster cushion that they offered to another customer) and her whole shirt ended up soaked. They then refused to brush her hair and made me do it. After all of that, they decided to tell my 9 year.old she had lice and refused service, left my daughter in tears all because they wanted to close shop. They even decided to put her hair back down before showing me the lice claiming," if it doesn't move when we blow it, then it is lice" even though they had just washed her hair. We had my daughter's head checked and it was nothing more than dandruff. They were rude and unprofessional and told us before hand they wanted to close early because they were short staffed. Reached out to supervisor who said she would handle it as she had received many complaints about this business. Never reached back out to us and nothing was ever done about this. ​ read more

Worst haircut and color ever! Cut off more than 6 inches and it was supposed to be layered and was just cut from front to middle on the left side only then a 2 inch gap then long in the back. Color is horrible when you lift the back of my hair it was file 2 inches away from the scalp in some places.... read more

Never, I repeat NEVER let Elaine cut your hair. Ever. Just walk away. She has ruined not just mine, but my kids hair. Its hard to mess up kids hair. Its pretty simple. Just cut a straight line, use a razor on the boy. Nope. Gave her 3 chances. Even returned with my daughter to have it fixed and even the co-worker was like "omg who did this???" Yeah. After I went to the Cuts by Us on Ledo Rd and had my hair completely messed up, I went to the Cuts by Us on Dawson Rd. I was greeted when I walked in, I sat and waited 30 mins maybe. The stylists were amazing. She fixed my hair, I will be returning!! read more

Gave this place 5 chances. After today I really can't go here anymore. It was convenient to come by here because the location and it's availability fitted in my working schedule. I've gotten a haircut from all the barbers in there. I'm not hard to please, I don't expect a Hollywood cut. I just want it to be done right. All times I was left w. Uneven strands and lopsided hair and gaps. I wish there were more barbers in the surrounding area, but it seems like nobody knows what they are really doing but do what they can to get by. I ended up buying my own clippers and extra mirrors to start cutting my own hair. But I'll still be nice , give em time to maybe fix it and will also give them cash tips, but I go home every time upset when I look at my hair. No one should be going home after a fresh cut to check where they missed n fix what they did. I hope they get better at their craft. At least they're friendly. But the haircut is literally a 2/10. 2 because they actually put in a effort but the skill is not there. read more
