Many of the top cross pieces on the arbor sections have fallen off. Most of the fence sections have pulled away from the posts and will need to be replaced. We spent $20K on this fence. When I contacted Jacob a couple weeks after he finished the job he said he had moved to Florida and that I should call another fence company about his shoddy work. I would not recommend his company. He did a terrible job and then left town.

The estimate was extremely fair. Our estimate was higher because we have a two story home and no real access for machinery to come into the yard to trim the trees. We had a team of four complete the job with two (including the owner) up on the roof manually trimming the oak branches. They came around 9:15AM and finished the job within 3 hours. They were even kind enough to clean out the gutters for us -- which i cannot even begin to tell you what a help that was. Everyone was extremely prompt and professional from start to finish. I will never use any other company again.
