I find it confusing that a company promoting themselves as "lawn guys" doesn't offer basic lawn care like mowing or maintenance. Also, their website is inactive. Then blew off driveway. Didn't trim hedges. Showed up 3-8-18 w/ no advanced notice. Mowed and edged. Blew driveway. Then sent me a bill for 40.00 plus tax. I paid bill. Then they notified me 3-16-18 of service. Still only mowed and edged. Didn't show up on 3-23-18. Then notified me of service on 3-30-18. Didn't weed eat and didn't trim hedges. I called and spoke to owner. He came out next day and trimmed hedges and weed eat. I canceled service on 4-2-18. Now i received a bill for 40.00 service on 3-16-18. Then another 40.09 service for 3-30-18. Plus TAX. I've never paid tax for labor. Only paying the 40.00 more dollars to complete my 80.00 a month agreement. Will not recommend again This is how the company responded Here's the actual way things work. Invoices are sent on the first Friday of every month. They all go out at one time. They are spread out so if you don't get it on Friday you will get it sometime in the next couple days after. All work up to that point is billed as the previous month. So the 3-2 job was on a Friday so it counted as the last month. So 40 for that is correct. Then we service your yard twice this month. So $40 per service would give you the $80 a month. As far as sales tax.... umm why would I pay your taxes? Some one will end up paying those taxes if you don't. The fact that you "have never paid tax on labor" is just you not understanding the charges you received. I can hide the tax and charge more or just label it as tax. Any amount not paid after 30 days will begin to accrue interest. I deal with people all the time who think they aren't going to pay. You want to cancel that's fine. I agree. But don't try me on a public forum and then expect me to just bend to your will and only accept half of what you owe me.

So I was feeling a little guilty. I tried to get his grass to grow more upon or property line myself, rototilling, adding dirt, spiking the saint augustine runners. You know trying to get the grass to "blend in". Let's not forget the sprinkler rigger more ole! So anyways... got so TIRED of fending off the WEEDS!! Especially those Hitchhikers!!! My dogs would come in limping on 3 paws whining like babies, cause they are. So finically, I ask my neighbor, "Hey, who do you use to spray your yard?" I just can't do it anymore! I was using a 5 gallon sprayer on the back with the blue die and the weed killer that supposed to kill everything but my mixed grass- saint augustine and some resealed grass I can't think of it's name right now. But man what a job and it ruins my cloths and my sneakers. Long story short- my neighbor says "Liberty Lawns". I was like ok I can remember that. Honestly I would get a cringe every once in awhile watching the guy on the golf cart blast his yard with I don't know what but he was done in like 20 min versus my 3 days off back breaking work for just over an acre! By myself. So I called Liberty! Found out I could save 10%. Talked to the guy myself- the one who runs through spraying one hand with a hose while spraying the same time from behind the Gator! Freakin Amazing if you ask me!! So this story gets even better. Not only does Randy know the blended grasses I have he mixing the chemicals himself based on my own yards conditions! Wait- it gets even better. Not only does he kill the hitchhikers, burrs, witch grass and good know whatever else is in there, he fertilizes my only 2 good kinds of grass AND puts down PESTICIDE!!! Which kills FLEES!! So I don't even have to put that toxic flee killer medicine down my dogs throat or spine!! I'm FLEE FREE!! So that not only saves me money it's healthier for my Doggos!!! Which makes me so relieved because that stuff isn't good for dogs. I even talked to my Vet about this lawn service and he approved!! You just have to wait for it to dry. I'm very pleased with my decision and I love to watch Randy in action. He does a phenomenal job at what he does. He comes on his own at the right time and it's pretty much pain free. He warned me it would take 5 or 6 months before I saw improvements. He was right. But now I can spend my time fixing the bald spots and my doggos aren't limping any more. Plus my neighbor probably likes me a little more. Good job Liberty!!! Thank You!!

These guys were very thorough and professional in the beginning. Over the past several months it's been like pulling teeth to get these guys to come to cut my yard. They miss appointments and don't even call to reschedule. Whenever I try to call or text them (Colbey) I just simply get ignored. The one thing they have done consistently...without fail...every month....on time...is debit my account for $90 for services that were sometimes not even provided. If you don't mind paying for a service that you may or may not get or if you don't mind being ignored when you have questions about work that was or was not done...hire these people.
