It started with my Girlfriend and I walking into a house showing on a random Sunday that we had no intention of doing. And met a wonderful Lady by the name of Myra Williamson That worked for #Cutlerrealestate And let me say this, she was an angel sent from up above. Within a matter off minutes I knew she was the right realtor for us. Great personality and we laughed so hard at our random conversations my checks would hurt. Laura and I got to meet her wonderful father... Hell of a Man! And her to cute doggie in his Christmas outfit. (Priceless) And let me tell you her Diva Delight treats are to die for! Highly Addictive lol. I had owned a house the was in my family for about 65 years. Not in the best neighborhood in town but just a few minutes away. But I told her I was going to sell it myself and start looking for our dream home. Yeah, I thought It would be that simple, Selling you're owe home is for the birds. I gave up on that real quick. And Myra Williamson stepped in to bat. She was Confident she could get it done. And in less then 48 hours I was staring at 15 cash offers. BOOM! 17th Ave home SOLD! 30 DAY TO MOVE, DAMN! And a lot of pictures left out. Our time was running out. And Laura and i was down to our last two homes. A little more then our price ranges but i wasn't going to do a appartment... We wanted a home in Grove City. But could have settled in Gahanna or westerville. All lovely places to live. And the last two homes were beautiful. I sold my home with Cutler. The realtor (Chad Milligan) was terrible and did nothing to negotiate, and did not notify us of the details in the contract. Afterward, we left a review and a year later he retaliated by falsifying information on social media as well as harassing family. We were able to track the accounts creator (the realtor) through investigative tools online. We called the police and have filed a police report. We contacted Cutler and they did nothing. I do not recommend this company to anyone who cares for a female family member. The company will not fire anyone who retaliates or performs predatorial actions towards people. Anymore comments or actions by the realtor and we will be prosecuting all parties. read more

Absolutely awful! I would not even give a 1star! We feel extremely uncomfortable with the situation & are being forced to stay in contract with the agent. Dishonest & very poor communication is what has pushed to the decision we would rather wait 3/4 months to find our dream home then to work with an agent like we have!
