I saw Dr Cute nearly a year ago. She seems to prescribe to the practice of having people come in for regular weekly/bimonthly visits for... well forever. I felt that the care was only somewhat adequate as far as chiropractic care went and there was definitely not enough communication on an actual plan of treatment or anything besides the same quick, small adjustment and another scheduling for another appointment.
In addition to that, and perhaps more aggravating, was the office billing. I gave my insurance and was supposed to have a copay, but every time I tried to pay at a visit they wouldn't let me and told me that if there was any bill they would send it to me, which I definitely felt was not as upfront and transparent as I'd like. After I stopped going, I waited and waited and waited for a bill. They had all my contact information. Nearly a YEAR later, I get a call from a collections agency trying to collect money for my visits to the office. I never once received a bill. What kind of service is that? I'm fine paying for services I received, but I also expect to receive a bill. And in somewhat of a timely fashion. Find a different office to go to, one where they'll work to make a treatment plan with a definitive end goal or date and be up front about cost and billing. read more
